Mariah has been in Los Angeles recently recording with Damion "Damizza" Young. The producer told Heroes Of Mariah that Mariah has made tracks with Kanye West, Nelly, Pharrell Williams and Snoop Dogg. The Kanye West song is called "Stay The Night", but Damizza likes to call it "Moonlight". He also commented that the song with Nelly is "hot as f---". I was hoping that Kanye and Pharrell would be giving her more of their soul style music, but it is clearly designed to be another rap-styled Mariah album.

Here we go again.Sounds like Mariah just made yet another predictable,sample-heavy R&B album filled with guest appearances from rappers.Like Janet and most of the other R&B "divas",she seems afraid to branch out and try something new,bold and challenging.I think Mariah is extremely talented and has an amazing voice,but she never really seems to evolve and grow as an artist.I'm hoping she proves me wrong.

Mariah should work with Babyface and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis instead of making hip hop music. Some of Mariah's hip hop music is OK but I prefer her ballads and trax like 'Underneath The Stars' and 'Always Be My Baby' which was written or co-written by Jermaine Dupri. Also a cover's album would b cool, like covering old Soul/Motown hits, but ofcourse that would b later on in Mariah's career. I think that she does all these hip-hop style trax 2 appeal 2 this audience, and also Mariah listens 2 Hip-Hop herself, I remember watchin' an interview where she said she listened 2 DMX!, so if she is a big Hip-Hop fan than I think its good she's making music which she is influenced by but again I think Mariah's ballads and mid-tempo trax r best.
