So Whats The Last Word On Macy Gray? Is there any plans of doing a new album or other projects?
I miss her presence, its a rare thing to see a music individualist these days but as always its not rare when the music industry(or the people) blow her/him off. I personaly didn't see ANYTHING wrong with her latest album, it was different from The Id that was different from her debut. I like how she doesn't stop 2 expose her musical development which could be the reason why she doesn't make much of a noise lately(or should I say,,people are just not hearing about her mo' often lately). Macy is currently on tour,playing small venues.She performed in my area a week or so ago.I also heard a strange rumor that she just recorded a duet with Old Dirty Bastard,a remake of the 1976 Elton John hit "Don't Go Breakin My Heart".Let's hope it's just a silly rumor...lol
