Prince to tour UK "later this year" According to sky news prince has directly stated that he will play UK venues sometime this year:
Sky News: "Prince is planning to hit the UK later this year as part of his new world tour. His tour will also include some unannounced dates at very small clubs to try out some new material. The star said: "I like playing small clubs that way you can tell what to release" I'm so exited now, by the time he gets here I'll be in A+E. Don't get too excited if no dates are booked yet. Prince is not known for doing extremely long tours. At the end of the US tour, he may be too tired and not feel like playing Europe. Or maybe he'll take a break of a few months and then do it. I hope he plays it soon for you European folks, but just try to be realistic so you don't get disappointed. | |

having spoken with Prince i can confirm that he told me, "yes im coming to london Uk very soon to play all the clubs and arenas!!" as if! i dont know where they get there reports!! as for playing in small clubs to test out new material...what are they on about...when he did ona im sure he got enough practice...besides his afterparties are always like that! grrr...tabloid balls! hehe. im sure he's testing enough music in his mini tours last year and also the whole of this year with his USA tour...how many artists do you know who takes a year out for a tour! | |

I dont know - I guess it would be silly not to but,after the reviews of bad seats/views and the problems I had with the NPGMC and ordering tickets for ONA Im not sure I can be bothered to go through all that and then have to by my tickets from Ticketmaster anyway. | |

Prince is never tired of performing. I hope he's tired of some songs by the time
he gets in Europe. I think in general the lesser known tunes are better received in Europe than in US. Sounds great bout the aftershows !! Cant wait!! --- Where am I? ---
