You should assume you don't know anything about it until there's some official word on it.

That goes for all of us because unless someone here is an employee of the estate or otehrwise and has FIRST HAND knowledge, then everything is a rumor and subject to doubt. And we don't know shit.
If it happens it happens. If it doesn't, what have we missed that we never had to begin with?

What. Are. You. On. About. He is not replying to the cockblock statement and SPECIFICALLY says he agrees with the guy who says it's like Prince is still with us. What Princebonics are you reading that conveys he says it was cancelled?

That was expected. it was rumored that most of the people that we're interviewed weren't happy with the focus of the questoins being mostly on Prince's alledged 'drug use'.

I'd rather have a reputable music documentary director direct a series focussed on the music and projects than some gossipy standard and by the numbers 'rock star takes drugs' doc.

Yeah, I'm not shedding tears over this one... never really trusted that Netflix would do this right.

I am! I don't care who don't want to see it, I want Prince to have a Netflix documentary. He deserves it!

So, the original tweet (link above) was deleted. And Spicer doesn't seem to have addressed this. Should we assume this was a false rumor?

He deserves more and better, like a reputable director who is thorough and respectful to his legacy and career, I doubt Netflix cares about that.

I really wished Ava was still the director. When she left, they should've got another black female or a female period. We all know how much Prince loved women.

For him to have "LOVED WOMEN" so much, he sure had a hard time maintaining a healthy long-term relationship with any of them...including family...

I'd rather have Albert Magnoli (you know, someone wo was there for a long time shooting how many concerts we will never get to see in our lifetime) or a seasoned professional who knows a thing or two abut Prince than some random hip or trendy director or someone who is just picked for there race or sex.

You responded like you (and i) had 1st hand information about specific "issues with women" he had...all i know is he had trouble maintaining long term relationships with women he allegedly "loved"...and i cant "find out for myself", because the man is no longer among the living, and he is the ONLY one who knows if he had issues with women and what those issues were.

I wish I could embark on a long essay with you but since this thread is about the netflix doc, I will not. Feel free to create a thread on that topic then we can engage but until then I commented on a ridiculous uncalled you made and will leave it at that.

Nah, thats OK...i dont need a "long essay" about Prince's alleged issues with women, from someone who didnt date him, wasnt married to him, and didnt raise him,...and most likely didnt even know him at all...you can "feel free" however to "create a thread" to educate us regarding this vast knowledge you have, of Prince's feelings and thoughts and "issues" you say he had, concerning the several women that came in and out of his life though

oh yeah we wouldn't want a fleet of mods breaking up this mob of ruckus for daring to venture off topic.

Anyway based on Mayte's book he came pretty damn close to fully devoting himself to his first marriage, but unfortunate tragedies beyond their control did occur.
