Are any Prince sings about Manuela?

Come on now. Nearly the entirety of Rainbow Children is about her and her induction into the cult.

I know that Manuela helped (along with Larry) to lure him into the cult. And I know that Rainbow Children is generally about his joiing the cult. But outside of She Loves Me for 4 Me, where is Manueal's role, or simply Prince's affection for her, mentioned in Rainbdow Children?

You may be correct. I know the tone of the written word can sometimes come across wrong, so to be clear, I'm not arguing with you. I'm genuinely interested if you can't point to specific examples. I love that album and listen to it all the time, but I'm almost exclusively listening to its music. I don't pay attention to its lyrics. I let them pass over me. So I'm totally willing to believe it's full of Manuela references that I've just not picked up on.

"Love" from 3121 was about their fights and probably the most insightful song into their relationship past the honeymoon phase.

The two versions of The Dance bookend their relationship.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

"on the couch" from musicology is most likely about Manuela
She probably got upset and made him sleep on the couch one night

Besides "she loves me for me", most of the Manuela songs describe her as a difficult woman. She might have been one of the women who stressed him out the most.

No sure what that sing is but in it it says about a smug look on her face and singing dangling from her devil cigar? Sorry don't remember the exact words.

You're verging into Lipstick Alley territory with these comments.

We really don't know his second marriage like that at all.

Well then M2 is in good company with other women who inspired Prince's vitriol in song: Vanity, Susannah, Kim B, Carmen, and Maybe all got their time to shine too.

Some songs about his girlfriend when he wuz mad/frustrated at them:

Something in the Water
No Call U
Computer Blue
Thieves in the Temple
Blue Light
I Hate U
Acknowledge Me
I Love U But I Don't Trust U Anymore
Silly Game
Have A Heart

There's more, I'm sure. This is just off the top of my head. I'd rather him write any of the songs above about me than so few songs I was barely in the narrative at all (aka Bria).

Or maybe it was just a healthy mature relationship with nothing to write about. He was 50 after all, he was past the stage of getting butterflies for a woman or playing toxic games.

Look at songs like Call My Name (one of his best slow jams ever), The One, Somewhere Here On Earth, Love Like Jazz, etc... All mature love songs, hell Love Like Jazz might even be about Bria. What was on Prince's lung was on his tongue and if he wasn't writing songs about you and you were on his arm and he released an album for you..... Even Jill Jones got more airtime than that. Even Andy Allo got more airtime than that.

Speaking of Bria; her highlights for me are Elixer, which I think is a great underrated track, and Here I Come.
It’s a decent sultry song but the fact Prince got her to sing about the ‘the dirty blonde in 9 and half weeks’ was pure cheeky genius

Yeah, I think Elixer could've been a more interesting album with a more interesting singer leading the charge. I guess Tamar wasn't sexy enough or sultry enough. A few songs on Elixer had been hanging around since at least when Tamar was around regularly.

No way. "Everytime" is absolutely in my Top 5 Prince songs ever. Perfect, breezy bossa nova, something he had never done before. One of his most marvelous and underated ballads.

The whole Elixer album is fire. Majority of Prince fans have such disdain for any time he didn't sing on the track. Sometimes it's like man he wasted so much energy on instruments and production when 80% of the fanbase would've rode with him just as hard if he was a singer-for-hire singing Babyface & L.A. Reid songs. He could've saved so much time just phoning up Teddy Riley, showing up to a 4-hour vocal session and calling it a career as far as some are concerned.

Btw he basically was doing LA Reid bops on the majority of his later records.

...where? Before or after the "would have"? I'm saying he basically did. I'm saying your premise is not just a fantasy as you depict it in your post. And that bossa Nova song is no more or less Babyface than other Zzz stuff like "Walk In Sand" and "Better With Time" and other snoozefests.

It's s0 perdy. Pairs nice with the official Bria video visuals. Top 5 may be hyperbole, but to discard every/all Bria material as trash or phoned-in is just as over-the-top.

Fact is, Prince doesn't have many (any?) other songs like "Everytime".

Shit is elevator music. Even the dancier tracks are comedically benign. It's kind of a shame he tacked this record onto LF because both LF and MPLSound blow Elixer outta the water. Now, had he done his own vocals and not specifically built the songs to be sung by a thin voiced burly woman, perhaps songs like the title track (easily the best song on the offering) maybe he woulda been onto something.
