Tokyo Dome 1990 is on Amazon Music. 18 songs, 1 hour and 25 minutes, the date is October 2, 2022, which was a month ago. Not sure how it's just now showing up as a new release, tho.

If I recall correctly, Spotify outside of the U.S. is a bit more lax with bootlegs and the like. I believe Small Club was even up for a short time.
I only found out about this because someone linked it to me on Discord where I promptly discovered I was unable to stream it. |
