I don't know if its a regional thing but mine from the UK had all 3 stickers on the wrap. There also seem to be colour variants, which may also be regional. Mine was a solid gold colour, whilst a review I saw on YouTube had translucent gold. . EDIT: my mistake, it is in fact only the RSD sticker [Edited 6/21/22 10:22am] |

I am loving it on vinyl! It sounds so good. I am sure others have said too though...Wasted opportunity with that last side. I get its supposed to be a replica of the promo copy...but they could put Rock N Roll is Alive, Acknowledge me, Days of Wild, Interactive...on that 4th side to make it truly special. The different versions of I Hate U is a waste. |

Amazing flat and quiet pressing. Light gold colored vinyl in black poly lined sleeves was nice. Instead of the remixes of ‘I Hate U’, other non album tracks from the time period (‘Rock & Roll Is Alive’….among others!) would’ve been MUCH better as bonus tracks on Side 4…The Replica of the original promo cover was on point. What No download code ?? Oh well, I’m happy to receive this as a Birthday gift. 9.0/10 |

I managed to get a copy at a reasonable price. It's good to finally have this on vinyl and it does sound good. There is no escaping the horrible brown cardboard cover No tracklist or anything on the spine. So if it gets a release with it's proper cover I will sell this one and get that. 9/10 for the vinyl pressing 0/10 for the cover. Something BIG Is Coming. |

Just got my vinyl from Prince.com. Its numbered. The regular RSD one I picked up from Ebay was not.
Anyone know how many they were selling direct?

Mostly by accident. I was out of the country and was afraid to miss out so jumped (and overpaid) on eBay then saw the tweet by Prince.com and jumped on thinking I could cancel or return the other but alas no. It's fine. I'll keep the numbered one sealed for posterity.

On the turntable now... A total different listening experience from my old CD. "The Most Beautiful Girl" as an opener was kind of jarring; sounds like it is sped up too fast. The rest of the album sounds great. "Shhh" still makes my toes curl after all these years! I hear stuff on the vinyl I never heard before. Could do without a bunch of "I Hate You" mixes...but that song was the one that made me buy the album in 1995... Think I'll listen to it now and watch my toes curl.
