Witness 4 The Prosecution - versions question Hi everyone, hope you all having a good afternoon
one maybe for oldfriends4sale/vaultcurator / squirrelmeat / databank .......
Im sat here trying to work out the versions of W4TP
Prior to SDE I had
V1 - Original 3'53 BFTP 4 V2 - With Overdubs 5'02 (dream factory version) V3 - 4'53 (as on ivault) 86 remake
we then had the two versions on SDE (v1 and V2 as they are labelled)
and a 7" Version 1 version on the singles box set which was slightly difference to the Verson 1 on the SDE as it had a hit on the snare rim and Prince counting in , 1,2 3.....
My question: out of V1, V2 and V3 which of these is still unreleased
Is there actually a version still unreleased? Even with lack of overdubs ..... PV doesnt seem to distinguish to my eyes

The original version without overdubs (listed as V1 here) is unreleased and the only unreleased version (barring other works in progress). | |

- The BFTP4 one without overdubs is unreleased officially The version on the singles box set should be the same as the SDE, if it has a count-in (at the end) then thats the beginning of Movie Star, as it segues in on one of the dream factory configs. Are you sure thats on the actual singles box set version, or have you maybe downloaded an unofficial version masquerading as the singles box set version?

i can confirm the count in is indeed present on the o-fficial 7 inch shingles boxset |
