I think there is some 'disagreement' between the Estate and the IRS as to the value of the Estate. Of course the Estate is under-valuing (to reduce tax burden) and the IRS has doubled the value. Perhaps this back and forth in the courts will keep the Estate in the hands of Comerica as it may be too complicated for the 'family' to manage.

- Comerica thatness and thereness needs to be. I fully agree ! They will be the only ones delivereing SDE or other (new) releases with a faster pace, and less money family counting/spending, making the right decisions based on a trust experts. Family only gets in the way. As usual. -
