It looks like WITNESS 4 THE PROSECUTION will be the lead single from the new set. I wonder what verison it will be?

The main reason I'm thinking they're not the LP sleeves is because the record is going in the top of the sleeve.

I misread, and thought you meant the tracklist in relation to the strategy of this deluxe edition.

But in regards to the benefit concert, it was billed as a full concert, not an afterhow to the people who bought tickets. And the concert tour hadn't made it to the U.S. so this was probably a fresh audience (unless they had seen the concert film in the theater).

'Hot Thing' is the B-side of ICNTTPOYM.

If indeed 'Witness' is the lead single, I personally hope it's the rerecorded speeded vocal version. I think that is far more radio friendly.

The last 7" is the shot used for 'Hot Thing' so it may well be that, but again, personally, I think they are missing a trick if they don't put Strange Relationship out as a promo/single.

I know, and I did think about that.... but it is the image from the B-side of that release too AND nothing is to say these will have the original B-sides reative to the original releases... time will tell

The 7" design of the back cover of ICNTTPOYM – for Hot Thing is different. The Prince graphic is left in the middle and the Hot Thing graphic top right. I was wondering whether it could be The Ballad Of Dororthy Parker? With the extended version as the b-side? Since it was planned as a single release?Then again would be a bit odd tho to use that image for it – since its linked to the ICNTTPOYM single.

So cool! I'm convinced this is a 7" (45) singles box set... but would love if it's 12" singles.

But why not include Dorothy Parker which had actual single art prepared?

(I know... I sound greedy but if only they had a really nerdy Prince obsessive in the inner circle I think they'd do these things! haha)
