of ALL the Prince proteges and band members, Dez Dickerson and Michael Bland are probably the ones that do the best job of sharing great stories about Prince from the inside, without really sharing much inside information...they both come off as intellectual, loyal, and sincere, without giving the impression of any remaining ill will or lingering bitterness...i dig hearing from Andre Cymone too, but the pain is/was EASILY palpable in Andre's voice and tone when he does podcasts and interviews about P...and he probably has every right to feel that way
