The 1999 Era show from 3-31-83 in Long Beach is ABSOLUTELY AMAZEBALLZ IN EVERY DIMENSION!!!

NO TROLL THREADS! NO SOLICITING FOR BOOTLEGS! Discussion is fine, so long as the bootleg is not being promoted e.g. pre-release; requests/offers to share or copy, and links to download or bootleg sites are not. Posting Prince and associated artist videos from sites such as YouTube is also not allowed. Posts of this nature will be deleted and repeat offenders will be first warned, and then banned. Troll threads, fake tracklists, and attention seeking rumor threads will be also be swiftly dealt with. These rules are strictly enforced!

Set list? How is it different from the standard set and other official/unofficial releases from that tour?

Haven´t listened to it yet but I´d really like to know what makes it so special to you.

No criticism here, just curious.

60 mins. long and just 12.50 dollars.

The setlist looks interesting but not that unusual, so I´d really like to know what makes it stand out to you.

By the way...a bit off topic but I watched the Amsterdam 2014 show again last night and it just reaffirmed my belief that Prince still knew how to deliver a magical show almost until the very end despite his health problems. I´m thinking about creating a thread about it. That show was, in my opinion, very, very memorable for so many reasons.

" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

I've listened to a lot of 1999 shows but I think this is one of the best in terms of fidelity and FREAKIN' ENERGY!

The crowd too is like the seventh part of The Revolution. It FEELS like an immediate live show.

It's just like you're there in the front row.
