Do you think Prince would ever have agreed to do carpool Kaeroke?

Do you think Prince would have done carpool Kaeroke with James Cordon? I think he would have and it would have been the best one ever!

Didn't Prince already do that sort of thing with someone at one time, I seem to recall seeing him on video being interviewed while riding in a car with some guy, tooling around Minnesota.....am I remembering correctly?

I think the list of things P didn't participate in is longer than the list of things he did. Ice bucket challenge comes to mind, he didn't even acknowledge the challenge. I was so hoping for a Patrick Stewart like moment.

You really think Prince would have thought it was cool to sit in the passenger seat doing a duet of Purple Rain with some Englishman driving in circles around LA?

Considering he refused to perform the song with the band who originally sang and played it with him, I'm pretty positive that him agreeing to sing it with a latenight comedian would be a solid NOOOOO biggrin

Don’t think I’ve seen that pic - great shot! But, spending a half hour doing karaoke to his songs is a big leap from doing a quick pose for a selfie biggrin
^
Also, while he did do AI, it was all on his terms - he refused to speak to anyone, and would not allow Ryan Seacrest to introduce him. He came out, performed with The Twinz, and then he walked out. Classic Prince

My god, I sure hope not. The though of Prince singing in the car with that talentless, fat f**k is a very depressing one.

Right - it would had to have been Prince's ride, his cameras, his crew, his lighting, his destination choice....so....probably would not have happened biggrin cool

That dude who did the 2015 Ebony article said that Prince walked out of the room at PP when he asked Prince if he could use his piano to play a song and then started playing one of Prince's songs lol

I never understood why Prince did Idol. Was it his idea?

Prince did "American Idol" for the same reason that most older musicians did/do it. He did it to sell records.

That has to be Prince's worse ever picture from his entire career!

I can imagine he was very embarrassed and regretful of that one!
