Those snippets are from the Paisley Park Gala on January 21,2016.

I imagine it's coming soon, no matter how bittersweet the release. I saw clips at Paisley and it shows just how frail he was, especially the close-ups.

It would be a good April or June release in video AND audio releases (both Paisley shows, plus the Atlanta show he wanted released).

Why not the whole ''tour'?

It was not that long.

These amateurs stil do not understand how it is supposed to be done.

what if the estate is double-dipping? It's something for the website, but they obviously have already had their hands on the performance and it's ready for release..

I hope they release the entire tour someday... but it looks like the next release could be P&aM from the gala event at Paisely Park January 21st...and if that's not the next release, then this will probably be the performance they choose to release out of all the P&aM shows

Nice thought, but no.....

That show just happens to be one of the few rare moments where Prince opened up about his personal life in a public setting. If it was any other concert that he did this in, that is what you would have seen there in place of Piano & Mic.

you guys are tripping. They wouldn't just post it on insta and twitter for nothing. Piano & a Microphone is coming soon! Now will they release more than one show? Maybe. Maybe not. I see them dropping them one at a time. But its coming.

They didn't post it for nothing, they posted it to drive traffic to that website, which is personal in nature, just like the comment Prince made at that show.

If they posted this without any attachment to a website, then maybe, but as it stands right now, there is no evidence to suggest this has anything to do with a piano & mic release, and strong evidence that it has everything to do with using an example of Prince opening up personally to promote a site about Prince that just so happens to be personal in nature.

In his comment from P&M, he is talking about his roots, his beginnings, and the site just so happens to have everything to do with his roots, and his beginnings.

There was no other concert where Prince opened up like this that they could have used. Let's say he never opened up like this at the piano & mic concert, and instead, did it on the Jam Of The Year Tour, well, you would be seeing the Jam Of The year tour advert there instead of piano & mic.

Sometimes things really are as simple as they seem.
