Londell has filed for approval from the court to represent SNJ in the Estate proceedings as their individual attorney.

I am at a loss as to why he still wants to insert himself into the Estate.

I thought the Estate or (Courts) were sanctioning him for the failed Universal deal?

All of the above....money, greed, and most likely ego.

He was on the scene at PP immediately. If you recall within two days of Ps passing he contacted the Estate attorneys to solicit his services as an entertainment advisor to the Estate.

I also believe he has a vested interest in the Estate because he has purchased at least of portion of SNJ's inheritance.

The Judge ruled that Lawnie could act as SNJs attorney on a limited basis in relation to the mediation/arbitration on their attorney lien disputes only.

Good lord. I wish Tyka could get it all. She's the only one I trust even a little bit.

Seriously?
Tyka and Omarr were negotiating to sell their inheritance (remember the flash drive and "book" their reps put togother?)

Likely will take years. Too many complications and Heirs do not appear ready.

To me Lonnie makes it look as if his `skill set` is only applicable to and employable by the Estate.

2029 cam be the year for the synthetic vocal remake of 1999 into 2029 as we remember the crisis that started after 2019...

Over the last three years we have written thousands of words regarding Prince's falure to leave a will, a trust - anything legal to guide the disposition of his estate. Wouldn't it be something if Prince knew what would happen if he didn't leave such a document? He made his contributions, then he let the chips fall where they may, knowing full well that the vultures would be out (both family and other). He might have been smarter than all of us put together.

The taxman and lawyers getting millions would not have made him happy I'm afraid.

His assistant Ruth discussed not having a will would result in the taxman getting all his money. He just stared at her and walked away. So, he didnt care.

I never said the 3 heirs were Omarr, Tyka and Alfred in the link you posted above.

The lawsuit in the thread you posted is about 3 heirs, not named, and had to do with loans given to them prior to them being named official heirs to the Estate. The loans occurred in January 2017.

The Omarr and Alfred contempt incident is different than the above lawsuit, and has to do with their advisors Lythcott and Walker allowing access to private Estate files to investors. Tyka was never mentioned in this incident. Only Omarr and Alfred. This occurred in 2019.

A will would not have prevented that and it would be contested ad nsuseum. James Brown's will has not been settled.
Trusts would have saved lots of taxes.
But all of those are CONtracts.

It appears the Estate has settled it's lawsuits against George Ian Boxill, Gabriel Solomon Wilson, Rogue Music Alliance, LLC, and Deliverance, LLC.

And thus the song(s) will be released in proper format(s)?

If they do not release the `Deliverance` tracks themselves, then why did they go through the litigation?

To protect their imaginary 'copyright', sure, but houw does one recoup this cost?

How does one show that they had a monetary interest in these tracks?

The civil case the heirs brought against the doctors and hospitals has been settled.

The only issue remaining is that Dr. Kornfeld was dismissed from the case and it is being appealed by the heirs.

The Kornfelds never touched or treated him, so I don't know if the heirs will get their way or not.
