Prince's Passports

Do you know where they are stored in Paisley Park? Has Tyka seen them? How many times do you think he had to renew them? How many do you think they are? Because Brotherman did some International Travel in those 38 years! And I wonder what was his First Gig outside the USA were he had to get a Passport stamp from that Country??? biggrin cool eye crysball wildsign

According to Prince Vault, his first 3 concerts abroad were in 1981, starting with
Paradiso, Amsterdam, The Netherlands on 29 May 1981, then
Lyceum, London, England on 2 June 1981, followed by
Theatre Le Palais, Paris, France on 4 June 1981 (am)
There may or may not be something coming!

1. His passport would have the same expiration time as any other US passport.
2. You do not have to get a passport stamped; you merely show it.
3. Get a passport yourself and travel. See how it works.

Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

Passports are stamped when you enter another country. I have a passport full of stamps.

"Has Tyka seen them?"
Why ask that question?
I'm perplexed as to why you would be curious if Tyka has seen them.
I mean WTF!
lol

Passports are not typically stamped TODAY. But that is a fairly recent change. He definitely was getting it stamped nearly up to his death.

Each country has its own customs with regards to passports of other countries. If you travel a lot to many different countries, it is entirely possible that your passport needs to be renewed before the normal time because of the number of visa stickers in it. Stamping is usually not so much an issue, they'll find an empty spot somewhere and you can have a number of different stamps on the same page.

.

Prince probably had more than one passport also, in most countries, you can have more than one if you travel regularly. This way, you can have a passport with an embassy for a visa while you travel to another country. I had this myself for a while when I traveled abroad almost every week. Of course, my experience is for how it works in EU (specifically the Netherlands), the US might be different.

A photocopy of his 1986 passport emerged there a year or two ago, easily googleable, so he probably got one in 1976, although who is to say he didn't lose a passport. I feel like I read he went somewhere abroad that year (1976) but i've forgotten the details now.

Worse!

I'm interested if Prince had any dirty laundry left in his laundry bag, the day that he passed on?...

And what happenend to it.

Did Tyka seen them?

Does she have 'm (washed, folded and neatly tucked away)?

What happened to the clean ones ?

And what about his (electric) toothbrush ??

A little off-topic, but if you take the VIP tour at Paisley, you can see Prince's Minnesota driver's license.
