How much do you think in Todays Dollars it would Cost to Build a Replica of Paisley Park?

Figure $10 million in 1986 for the building, figure the cost of the updated studios, the additional rooms upstairs, the Egg and and translate that to 2019 dollars.

The estate is keeping the value of the facility low to decrease the estate tax burden.

Please explain to me how saying there are calculators on the internet is helpful. There's also calculators on the device you're using to post these replies. And I'm pretty sure the OP knows what a calculator is. That is definitively not helpful.

I would also guess 20 + million. His studios were so tasteful, elegant and spilling over with instuments, equipment; gorgeous woodwork/ceilings.
