Check Amazon used, an "Acceptable" copy is $50. Also check used sections of Barnes & Noble online. There are other bookstores online that resell stuff. There's one in NYC that's huge - I can't think of it off hand. You can google it.

DMSR is a good read. It left me wanting more. Too bad he never followed up with anything.

I've yet to find any sort of PDF or eBook of The Vault. There's one out there, that's huge in file size, and is unreadable scans of the pages. Worthless.
