Killer track & video...as said the extended is really the only way to listen to it. I really like Graffiti Bridge as an album (except that horrible title track). I even like New Power Generation and the non-Prince tracks. But NPG was a horrible 2nd single choice. Totally killed any sort of momentum that album had. Of course the movie didn’t help either. |

I always saw the New Power Generation song as refelective of the New Jack Swing style that was hot at the time. Actually I really like the song. In historical context I think this song makes perfect sense. | |
