Why do they always pick Tyka to shade? If I recall correctly all the attorneys that represented the siblings have filed a lien against the estate for their attorney fees.

Nothing much has been happening with the Estate. At least nothing they are allowing us to see. Comerica has filed billing today. As soon as I have spare time I will look through the documents. I have Christmas cookies to bake. lol

Apparently - I am not a lawyer - the estates can run for decades. Cases in point: Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley.

Normal estates can run 2 years.

P's estate is a complicated mess so it will go on for awhile.

This is something most people don’t realise. My mum and dads took 6 months to resolve and they had nothing.

Seems the hugest portion of the time, ok maybe second hugest portion since sorting out the official heirs is the primary function and takes a while, is paying the legal representation. I can't tell but the actual business of running the estate seems to be moving forward, slowly but moving.

and still, other than the disc with purple rain deluxe no new music. I had been being patient and not moaning but it’s starting to take the piss now. Especially when they’re releasing all kinds of merch.

What's happening in probate now doesn't seem to have any hold ups with the music or debts Prince owed. The bulk seems to be about monies that were involved after his passing.

FOLLOW UP CALL WITH SHARON ON STATUS THAT
THE VAULT WAS NOT DRILLED. $880

That's a lot of convincing.

Didn’t Carver County confirm that the vault was drilled for access? They had to wait for the company.

Good question. So much has been said I'm not sure, that's why this flew out at me.

The photos from the files showed that the vault was accessed and drilled, then sealed with tape.

What about Piano and a Microphone 1983? Unreleased Nothing Compares 2 U? All of the previously unreleased videos that are on YouTube? I would like there to be more new material, but the PRN estate did give the fans a few bites this year.

yes I haven't heard any more about it. I saw Dr Funk tweeted earlier that he's excited for it in reply to Tidal's question about what release their followers were most excited for in 2019.

After reviewing Comerica's billing for October and November 2018, the Tidal album is not done.

Comerica's billing for October/November 2018 shows they are dealing with complex issues on a daily basis.

The heirs would need to present to the Judge a clear organizational plan before he hands over the reins to them. There is no way the heirs could do this on their own.

Billing also shows, Trevor Guy, Kirk Johnson and President are still working for the Estate.

Royalty payments are being made by the Revolution, NPG, and Tidal.

Apparently the T&C property did not sell at the August auction (if it happened at all) and they have recently signed a new broker agreement, and it appears the property may go on auction soon with Sotheby's.

They are also aware of and are monitoring auctions.

They are aware of bootlegging and infringement, even receiving emails from fans.

Hmm. Thanks for the info, Since we had not heard anything in a while I was skeptical that it would be released soon but I wondered if Dr F might have some inside info about it from his tweet.

The billing talks about the "progress" of the album which leads me to believe it is not done. I could be wrong because the billing contains many redactions. It doesnt mean it wont be released in 2019 but right now it isnt complete.

Oh ok. That's interesting. I wonder what they are planning to release. I had heard that it might be a compilation of more recent recordings.

Wonder what President's job is?

I'm glad they are keeping an eye on the auctions and the stuff being sold.

Yes, lots of redaction. The good news is that Prince finally has ownership of Prince.com.
