1 - Chazz, did you ever get around to reading the investigative reports? We know you admitted to Michael Dean that you had not. 2 - Chazz, after 2.5 years of selling t-shirts and tours, you don't have your own questions? 3 - you just want everyone's email addresses, right?

lol lol

Shouldn’t Chazz Smith CONTACT ALL THE FANS WITH HIS ANSWERS INSTEAD?
Let’s face it most answers died with Prince on the day of or day after at an unsecured Paisley Park.

I already posted this back in April but here are the main questions.

I am struck by the ignorance of some of the people on this thread who seem to unthinkingly and blindy acccept the report while failing to see the basic errors and loose ends in the investigation. Chazz is right to ask questions, show some respect.

The below was originally posted here: No murder charge in prince's death Investigation Discussion - Continued - Part 7 http://prince.org/msg/7/4...&pg=17

I have read through all the 214 pages of the printed report, so before anyone comments or flames, i urge you to read it too.
I’m sorry to say this report just confirms my belief that the whole investigation was a hatchet job and was not done professionally or thoroughly enough, there are too many loose ends.
I think it’s insane that Paisley Park was not properly sealed off after his death for thorough investigation and staff were still able to walk around freely to potentially tamper with evidence.
But significanrtly, HOW ON EARTH CAN THE POLICE CLOSE THE INVESTIGATION WITHOUT FULL INTERVIEWS AND STATEMENTS FROM THE 3 PEOPLE CLOSEST TO HIM? KIRK JOHNSON, PHAEDRA LAMKINS AND MERON BEKURE!?
Below are some other points worthy of note, the page numbers correspond to the downloaded PDF taken from the NYT website: https://www.nytimes.com/i...iles1.html
What was the unexplained liquid found in the elevator? It’s mentioned many times in the report but the test results are not mentioned.(P.108)
Why didn’t Prince have his own personal doctor and need to use Kirk’s (Dr. Schulenberg)? (P.126)
Tyka said she was unaware of any medical issues ‘he’ was having and he would not have told her anyway as he would not have wanted to worry or trouble her. (CONTRADICTS HER TV INTERVIEW WHEN SHE SAID SHE KNEW FOR YEARS SOMETHING WAS WRONG). (p.127)
One of Prince’s bodyguards, Chris Gaither, was bothered to hear Prince was found in the elevator. He said Prince hated the elevator and called it “the devil”. He said he’d see Prince take the stairs instead (however reading on, Judith Hill later says that he did use it a lot). (P.146)
Omarr Baker said he thought it strange when he noticed that while at PP., Kirk and Josh went for a private talk in an office to discuss what they would say to law enforcement.(p.149)
Omaarr claims that Manuela told him that Kirk had deleted files from Prince’s computer and Phaedra had shredded documents. What were these documents and why did no-one stop them? p.149
p.154 What was the "something else" in the ‘Bayer’ bottle that Judith alleges Prince told her
and Kirk about?
p.155 Why did prince wire $15,000 each to Susan Moonsie, Brenda Bennett and attempt to send to Appollonia, days before his death?
p.159 Why did Prince refuse all lab testing after the Moline incident?
p.167 Dr. Mancha from Rock Island, Illinois, asked Prince if he was suicidal to which he looked directly at her, made eye contact and said ‘Absolutely not!’
p.168 She also asked him if he needed help and and he told her “No, absolutely not”
p.168 Who accessed Prince’s twitter account on 08-24-16 to send a message to fans? Omarr reported it to police suspecting it could have been the same people sending messages around the time of his death, either Kirk or Meron?
p.169 Who is 'Stacy Littlejohn', the dealer Mani alleges Prince used in LA during their marriage and why couldn’t he/she be tracked down?
70% of emails and phone calls made from Prince’s landlines at PP in the last month of his life were to
Natalya Philips, a singer/songwriter from California. Who was/is she?
p.172-173
Missing bodyguard - apparently, Kirk told Omarr, Shaun Powell was the bodyguard who first found Prince but oddly it seems police didn’t manage to get hold of him and speak to him?! Surely speaking to the first on the scene is of paramount importance?
p.170.
According to Kiran Sharma when visiting PP after his death she was shown private WhatsApp messages. Phaedra/Kirk and Meron had been discussing on an encrypted WhatsApp chat. What were the contents of these messages?
p.175
What were the 8 garbage bags of shredded documents that Kiran and other eye witnesses said that Phaedra and Kirk had taken out after law enforcement left on 4/21?
p.175
Why the heck did the police not get a warrant sooner to take Prince’s laptop on 4-21?
An examination showed it was accessed on 4-23, the day of his memorial service. After obtaining a search warrant on Prince’s Google accounts they found no information prior to 4-19, suggesting content had been deleted!
p.175
WHY WASN’T THIS RECOVERED (OR OBTAINED VIA COURT ORDER) FROM GOOGLE?
(although I note that p.173 seems to imply it was held on servers outside the US jurisdiction and the preservation letter was received too late - June 2016)
Prince’s manager, Phaedra Lamkins and Meron Bekure, his PA, never provided a statement to law enforcement
p.177
Kirk only provided an initial statement but has refused all subsequent attempts to speak (p.192)
WHY WEREN’T THEY ARRESTED and QUESTIONED then?! Police are allowed to hold someone for questioning, without charge, for a set time limit I believe.
What were Kirk and Phaedra "cleaning” up inside Paisley Park, the same day he passed (after law enforcement had gone)?
p.180
Comments of Phaedra being ‘manipulative’, not paying band members and not following Dr’s advice to help Prince after the Moline incident. p.180/81
P.191 Sheila E. said she heard from someone (could not recall who) that Prince was found in his bedroom and that Kirk had dressed Prince and moved him to the elevator. When asked if it was true Kirk laughed and said “no” it was not true.
I can be contacted via Orgnote for more details.

Great questions for whom exactly? To whom would Chazz be taking these questions to? And let’s be real these people aren’t looking for answers, they already have their answer; they think KJ (and possibly Phaedra) should be in jail.

Keep up Rogi. Read the original post and you'll see who Chazz is taking the questions to.

I will then be meeting to go over all the questions with law enforcement. My counsel who accompanied me on Friday is a well-respected and experienced trial attorney in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been involved in several high-profile cases and previously served as a former Assistant U.S. Attorney. He is representing me as we move forward. I cannot guarantee anything but I have their attention.

I am not a lawyer, but wonder if Phaedra, Kirk and Meron could be subpoened? Why are they allowed to remain silent when it is clear that they engaged in a massive cover-up? ie., shredding documents, removing belongings etc. and then "lawyering-up".

And, not securing Paisley Park and allowing these 3 and others to engage in this behavior was

unconsciounable. IMO, there has been a huge cover-up.

Phaedra is the leader of this trio and strikes me as a cynical individual who understands how to play the game.

I have read the report and also noticed all these loose ends. Not surprising as no one anywhere does a thorough job anymore. But let's remember that this concerns PRINCE, not just a pizza getting the wrong list of toppings. I would therefore be very happy for someone to push for these questions to be answered. If not for us fans, at least for Prince.

Agree with rogi

This thread is supposed to be about Chazzs request for people to email him questions that he will supposedly present to legal authorities. So posting a big list on this site for people to bicker over for the umpteenth time isn’t the format Chazz requested, and makes me wonder if people who claim they’re desperate for “answers” really want answers or just to chatter amongst themselves on this site.
-
As for the questions, I don’t see how bombarding police with a random hodgepodge of everything from “who is Natalya?” (Hint: google is your friend) to “why didn’t prince have a regular doctor/refuse moline drug testing” (The best one to answer those died 2 years ago) to “why didn’t they just arrest ?” (Read the constitution and minn. statutes).
-
But if you think Chazz can help you with this, then go ahead and email him.

Disch- I am confused by your stance as you were a very active participant on the Prince Death thread.

There are many threads that are of no interest to me and I just avoid them. Why come to a thread that seems to annoy you and take the energy to criticize with such anger. Just let it go and focus on threads that are more in sync with your values?

It seems that something angered you. Was it one of the posters? I am really just curious.

I've been thinking...the "lidocaine skirmish?" (You had to be there)

The solution to "support" for this is to keep it in your own topic, which has been nonproductile for 2.5 years.

Questions about the high level of fentanyl in his body: does every overdose death receive the same blood/body tests Prince received? Was Prince’s levels the highest ever tested in the US or MN? Were his illicit Vicodin pills custom made to his order?

hi pennyon

Since you asked me specifically, I'll explain my stance:

-

I was definitely an active participant in the "death thread," for quite some time. Spent plenty of time reading the investigation documents and all kind of ancillary material. Even at one point put together a file of all the articles, etc.

-

But I started to feel increasingly uncomfortable with the whole thing. Even at the start, I had my doubts if spening so much time wrapped up in this was good for me, or anyone. And eventually the conversation here just devolved into a couple people rehashing conspiracy theories; offering long opinions about Prince's personality, motivations etc.; and just flat-out making up stuff, such as completely invented "scientific" theories (such as, yes, "the lidocaine protocol.") The discussion had just jumped the shark (and in reality, it probably did a long, long time ago).0

-

As for coming into threads that "annoy" me: people join threads here all the time, whether the "agree" with the premise of the thread or not. Rather than try to police a public thread, folks who want to have a restricted conversation with just a limited, select crew might have more success in orgnotes or another private venue.

Yes, I can understand your take on these kinds of discussions, but still think it is OK to continue. Why not skip over the thread if it is annoying?

One thing I have noticed is the fact that so many orgers are rigid and defensive (not you). I am losing interest in the org for this reason and have branched out to podcasts and less crabby folks.

The same people shut down conversations over and over and it makes this site less relevant to me.

This is somewhat off-topic, but I just read the Sacha Baron Cohen was chosen to play Freddie Mercury but he left the project as he felt the producer, Brian May, wanted to sanitize Freddie's life and was more concerned about the legacy of Freddie and the band.
