I've seen the Foos interview where they talked about Prince turning up to jam with them, but I haven't heard any mention of the Best of You. And the last time I went fishing for the "PrinceVault" and downloaded something my laptop was crippled with a virus, so I don't go fishing anymore.

But if it makes you happy and validates my Prince fandom in the eyes of others, I'll try harder in future ...

princevault.com is an information website that has in depth information on his tours
and his entire released catalogue as well as a huge chunk of his unreleased songs.

i'm not sure how you could manage to 'go fishing' for that site and end up with some

See, I didn't even know that was a thing. By "PrinceVault" I assume it meant any of the mystical bootlegs floating round tbe internet ether. Following the laptop virus debacle when I went to download something I assume was from the "vault" I dont Google or approach anything Prince Vault related on the interwebs anymore.

you're missing out if you just go to www dot princevault dot com you get a very basic
site with no downloads not commercials not virus shit or nothing. just tons and tons of cool
in depth information. it's sort of a prince bible, online.

Agreed. TCI and TS could have been 12 tracks each with When Will We B Paid, My Medallion, Jukebox In A Heartbeat and Van Gogh added to the rest. It's a real pity Prince felt they had to be 10 tracks each.

Unfortunately TCI is another version, with MM instead of The Dance. Not that I don't like MM, I love it, and it's nice to have that first configuration as well, but the original version remains unavailable in that sound quality.

I really have no idea how that happened: I've been downloading thousands of records, movies and series illegally over the course of the last 15 years, from a great deal of different sources, and I never caught a virus or trojan by doing so. Normally, if you have a decent antivirus and you don't download from a suspiscious source, it shouldn't happen.

I was told at the time it was my rubbish anti-virus. I was a bit of a noob back then with ICT stuff ... learnt the hard way to get more educated when it comes to computer and laptop use.
