Now about that vomit...

I'll take a stab at it. I wonder if it was a large amount of saliva. When I have vomited in the past, I have produced alot of saliva first. He could have been leaning against the walls of the elevator and "thrown up" the saliva/drool. I would need to consult with a professional to determine if Fentanyl would have circulated to his saliva/drool/vomit.

But that would be a HUGE amount of saliva.

I thought that it could be a drink that was thrown but no cup or glass was found.

If it was someone else's vomit, surely Prince would have not just left it there and would have someone clean it up?.. I mean who would want to use the elevator where vomit was that dripped down the wall where you push the buttons?

People have said that he hated elevators, but Judith and I believe Kirk said it wasn't unusual for him to use the elevator.

He did have that party there and someone else could've used the elevator and vomited in it. But that should''ve been cleaned up AND LE said that it looked 'wet' and vomit was in his mouth.

He could have vomited and then took the pills??

I thought someone on here had a good explanation (Bodhi?). KJ said P. was having bad withdrawal symptoms when he drove him home. He could have vomited on the way upstairs and went to his bedroom to take something to feel better, then went back to the elevator to go eat or whatever. Just a possibility.

Ok, I don't believe the murder theory and never will.

The real Prince IS dead.

I can't find the results for the neck and hand swabs either. And I also don't believe that somebody found him dead and left him laying there overnight.

The liquid in the elevator confuses me, no narcs were found in it. IF it was purple grape juice, the vomit would be red or purple. (my experience as a mom). Unless of course it was white grape juice then it would be kinda yellowish. I agree no food chunks were seen. Where the vomit landed on the elevator wall, almost looks to me to be projectile vomit.

It has not been proven that he had a visitor that night.

Judith said it was not unusual for him to use the elevator or to have his clothes on backwards.

And what is up with all of your i's before and after words?

She said he wore his undershirt INSIDE OUT

I really have to look at the vomit again. I don't recall it being obviously vomit. It looked kind of clear. Of course he was not eating and probably drinking water

Agree on the inside out part, but didn't Kim Berry also state P did photo shoots wearing shirts backwards? There is one in particular where it is a black turtleneck with the sleeves cut off and shirt is backwards. Well circulated pic

I wanted to add one more thing. Let's talk to each other respectfully, keep our "fights" off-line, put our heads together and as a group try to make some progress. Many people working on this will guarantee progress but folks need to feel safe. Better to attract alot of folks who have great ideas, but do not want to be put down by a few.

Great thought, Peggyon. I want to revisit something I posted a day or two ago. There seems to be a consenses here that the investigation was handled poorly. We need legal advice, preferably from an experienced lawyer or tuned-in observer in MN, who could guide us in the pressure tactics that might have a shot at getting the case looked at again. Every day I read of folks who have raised tons of money on Go Fund Me because they have a compelling story. I think the death of Prince is a compeling story. A Go Fund Me Page for a Private Investigator? We need to brain-storm how we can move this quest for truth onward...with power and grace. yes

Love is Patient...and Perseveres. prince eye prince

PS: it makes me wonder why none of his associates, inner circle, mentees or relatives have thought of this...we may need a whole new thread for that question.

[Edited 7/26/18 19:19pm]

Bodhi. I believe Chazz is a relative and has the effort #justiceforcuz, seems at least one relative thought of it. Not sure how big it is but may be worth looking into.

I also have a hard time believing that P. would open the door for anyone he did not know late at night, especially when he didn't feel well. Unless someone already let someone in earlier (for the murder theorists).

If he vomited on the way up and then took "something" to feel better:; this was at 8pm or so.

He likely died around 3-4 am., so he would have had to take alot more later??

Yeah, maybe he vomited on the way up after being with Kirk, took something to take the edge off and then took alot later. This would explain the lack of Fentanyl in the vomit.

Prince's hospital visit in '96 was on April 21 also. Mayte reportedly found him unconscious in the studio. It's said he'd drank wine and asprin for heart palpitations.

It still crazy to think to that he thought wine and asprin would help heart palpitations...doesn't make sense

Yes, especially since none of us had ever heard he had heart palpitations (which doesn't necessarily have to mean anything, of course...). Mayte didn't know and one of the other girls from before her time was totally surprised when I mentioned it.

It is also strange that it was red wine. He never drank red wine. When he drank then port.

Judith mentions prince drinking Cognac in the report.

The DNA on the Welch's grape bottle did not match Prince's DNA as per warrants/subponea results. (Neither was his DNA found on the 'only lidocaine pills' bottle.) Being the water was next to his bed, and the subtance was basically clear liquid-it could've been the water. In regards to throwing up, then taking a pill, it is possible, especially if the withdrawls had gotten that bad...but not probable

Are you talking about the Aleve bottle or another bottle?

The Aleve only contained Lidocaine and P was the major male DNA on the bottle.

Dr.S gave P. 2 doses of Clonidine and 1 dose of Hydroxyzine in his office, in pill form. I wonder if those drugs turned up in the vomit, or did they only test for narcotics (as dumb as that sounds). Or maybe P. didn't really take them (remember how freaked out he was about them giving him narcan?) He told KJ the pills had no effect. (?)

Maybe that's why he threw his jacket and gloves on the floor when he got upstairs. He did get an IV that evening at the Drs didn't he? And the Dr also gave him some medicine there for his stomach. that could be why it looked clearish and whiteish, I thought it looked a bit like cottage cheese, but maybe that was just the stomach pills chunks.

This is a very different thing...

He did that for artistic affect...

Putting his pants on backwards would have felt uncomfortable.Try it..

Ive done it by accident and it was just weird...felt it straight away...

and same with putting on a sweatshirt..it just doesnt sit proerly and pulls around the arm and neck area...

I dont think for a single second he put his overshirt and pants on backwards deliberately

UNLESS he was trying to send a message...

That is a very real possibility- BUT- even so, why wouldn't the testing done on the 'vomit' detect the hydrocodone and hydromorphone that was detected in his UA merely an hour or so prior at Dr.S's office? How did the hydrocodone/hydromorphone get in his system, if it was not ingested orally?

Maybe it was already digested thru the stomach? Got the stomach pills in the office, got an IV, went to Walgreens.

Like ISLIJAG said...there's a possibility that answer is in the DEA files...but I would think if it was found, it would've had to be listed. It does prove that he was taking things other than the illicit pills and what KJ gave him, and that's a fact Jack.

He was likely withdrawing pretty intensely and that amount of Hydroxizine/Clonidine may not have touched his withdrawal symptoms and he could have thrown up as a result of the withdrawals.(Kirk noticed his withdrawal symtoms on the way home) Perhaps, he rushed upstairs, vomiting in the elevator on the way, threw his coat down and took "some relief". He did not die till much later.
