I know you are an insider because you have posted something that was edited by you but the email I received showed the unedited version....and that email contained info that only someone on the inside would know.

Regardless, the Judge said, after a year of negotiating the NDA, he is done, and he will not reconsider SNJ Motion to continue the negotiations on the NDA issue. I have never known a Judge to be so patient with a party... any other Judge would have kicked you to the curb long ago.

I am not surprised to hear this, they apparently are getting no buyers. No idea if it was overpriced or if there's any other issues with the place. None of the heirs would ever be able to afford to live there so it's probably no use to them to keep. Better this place sold/auctioned off than PP though.

I just read that article about the house in the caribean...also down farther, it says another one of PRINCE PROPERTY is up for sale...there has been disagreement, if Manuela got that house...but it appears as though she didnt...so what the real truth?

The T&C house is currently owned by the estate and therefore, sold through the estate. The Toronto home is NOT owned by the estate....never was. Manuela obviously sold it to a private buyer years ago.

Yes, it's stunning! Must have been so relaxing to be there. Seems odd that there has been no serious interest in the property. It appears to be very secluded and that, in itself, would seem a draw for a public person. My personal preference would be to try to keep it in the family but as Mumio mentioned above, if it impacts the viability of PP, better to sell it, I suppose.

It is incredibly beautiful. I wouldn't mind spending a few days there. I wonder if Prince even got to enjoy any of it?

After this past year's hurricane season, I'm not surprised that there is a lack of interest in the property. With climate change, the hurricanes are most likely going to continue to become worse.

This is now the typical way to sell ultra-high end properties. Park City, Utah is near us and there are always auctions of such properties (one recently in the $50 million range). Take a look at some others and salivate: http://www.decaroauctions.com/auctions
