I have a shredded piece of a glove from the Worcester 85 Purple Rain show. He threw it in the crowd and it was a battle

With the new info that was released in the documents, does anyone think the Estate will do some investigating concerning Phaedra and Van?

We see a trend of the old WB release schedule of one release per year with no real info 6 months ahead.

As I wrote before:

We will not see or hear the majority of the vault contents in our lifetimes.

I.e.: we really need a break of the trend and thus multiple releases per year.

The way I read this, Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins was attempting to ascertain that she had been legally removed from her role as "member" and manager of NPG Music Publishing "to ensure she did not face potential liability for the actions of the Special Administrator on behalf of NPG Music."

Comerica's position was that she was effectively removed from that role as of April 27, 2016, six days after Prince's passing.

I read nothing to suggest the OP's claim that she demanded "full access to the decedents (Prince) private affairs, personal documents, finances and his ENTIRE estate."

She is asking that any attorney's fees incurred from these proceedings be paid for by the estate of Prince Rogers Nelson, which, I think, is understandable.

Bottom Line: I think this is a good thing. I'm relieved, as based on Debra Johnson's police interview, I was left with the impression that Phaedra might still retain control of Prince's publishing catalog. It's good to know that is not the case.

Well, we still dont know if the royalties are going to one of Phaedra's entities.

The interview with Debra Johnson revealed LLCs were opened for P's publishing after he fired Universal, and Phaedra was an owner and a member/shareholder which is not kosher.

So the big question is...are the royalties currently going into one of Phaedra's entities that she both owns and is a member?

Something weird is going on, and I hope the authorities are going to look into this. I don't think Debra would lie about something like this. When she confronted Phaedra and Vans about this, I think they wanted her out, and they obviously convinced Prince that Debra needed to go, but she left on her own accord.

Why the sad face? I don't have a problem with them selling things that Prince either gave to them or he didn't care if they kept it. I know that Mayte was given a lot of his things as part of her divorce settlement. I believe she got to keep the house in Spain and everything in it. I assume that he left a lot of his things there. So it's now her's to with as she pleases.

I don't have any problem with them selling these things. Strike while the iron is hot, as they say. In five-10 years, there will be far lower demand, especially if no new music comes out and people start to forget about him.

There are a Couple of Short stories by Prince on there that they are auctioning that are funny as can be!!!

I wish you could copy and paste it. One is about a cockroach asking Prince if he knew the direction to the Cain's Residence because they were having a roach convention! Prince said he was going there and he would show him them way...
