Nah, Prince didn't commit suicide; don't believe what the media says. They are grasping at straws.

He may had an underlining illness, but I do not think he took his life or hit "fuck it". I believe it is what it has been discussed, an accidental OD from self medicating due to pain.

I don't believe that either. But, why call an addiction specialist, if his family knew Prince was dying?

.

Another key element in this case is the attorney, William Mauzy, who is representing Dr. Kornfeld and his son, Andrew; that no one seems to talk about.

.

According to attorney, William Mauzy, he claims Prince arranged to meet with Dr. Kornfeld and his Son, Andrew; which is a lie. He contradicted himself by also saying that Dr. Kornfeld and Andrew had never met, nor spoken to Prince! I do not believe Prince had any knowledge that Andrew was coming to PP on April 21st.

.

Also, the combination of Percocet and Buprenorphine (suboxone)--which Andrew was carrying, is very dangerous and deadly! Dr. Schulenberg had to have known this. Still, no accountability from anyone, and no arrests have been made. hmmm

That's the thing, he wasn't only an addiction specialist he specailized in pain management and opiod addiction, at least that's what I read. Which is why they reached all the way out to Cali because his methods are new and rare. I have a very strong feeling Prince has gone through a ton of methods over the years yet nothing worked for him and his lifestyle.

As much as it pains me even to wonder about this, is there any news on how much fentanyl was in *each* of the pills they found at PP? I know it can be highly variable (hence the danger of ODing from one pill to the next).

But could there be enough in a "normal" dose--several pills perhaps for someone whose body is accustomed to opiate painkillers--to kill him? Can the pills contain that much fent? Did they contain that much fent? What I'm saying is: based on the pills they found, did he take a few, or 20? That's everything, right there.

sigh
And the MUSIC continues...forever...

Can only speculate since no such information has been released

but we can assume that he didnt take too many

Otherwise the official ruling would not have been Accidental

There are links to some articles that disch posted in this thread where small bits of information supposedly leaked, one of them says that several of the pills were tested and they had lethal amounts of fentanyl in them. At the moment I don't know how much, but since it doesn't take but a few grains to be lethal I would say it is very easy to mix too much into a single pill.

True enough. I was wondering why she wasn't chiming in on all of that!

The Medical Examiner opened the stomach and looked into the contents.

In pill suicide cases the person takes so many that the pills don't dissolve in the stomach. This was not the case as they did not find undissolved pills.

Secondly the levels of Fentanyl in his stomach that has been released is what is the alarm bell in this case. That tells you it was injested. The levels in his liver tells you that it had dissolved enough to reach his liver.

Third ... The tests that were run on Prince post Moline should have contained a hair sample. They wanted to know what happened on that plane.

I have said since the beginning that the plane incident and April 21st were two different things. I believe the Atlanta promoter said that Prince was congested and spend the day sipping herbal tea.

If he took any kind of cold medication in the 12 hours before taking the Percocet it was cause an OD.

Mulefunk, a couple things

-

Where are you getting your information about the autopsy results? You said that "this was not the case as they did not find undissolved pills" in his stomach. This detailis not part of any publicly released info (this recent leaked report said only that "there was also what experts called a potentially lethal amount of fentanyl in Prince’s stomach," so what is your source?

-

You said "the amount of fentanyl in his stomach is what raised alarm bells." Again, where are you getting your info about what raised "alarm bells"? With whom were these "alarm bells" raised?

-

Second, it is not confirmed what specific opioid caused Prince's OD on the plane. We've discussed many times what was in the warrant, the only source of info on this: "The Doctor who treated Prince documented Prince as suffereing from an opiate overdose, however, Prince refused treatment at the hospital. Johnson told hospital staff Prince may have taken Percocet." Another warrant cited a witness as saying Prince acknowledged taking "1 or 2 pain pills."

-

As for LovePaisley's question: Yes, one pill could easily contain vast amount of fentanyl. This photo shows what a fatal quantity of fentanyl might look like.

-

I know that you are trying to position yourself as an expert on Prince's death and you have said you will be publishing and marketing a book on the topic. You need to become a lot more rigorous in how you present your information, and it's essential that you cite your sources.
