Reason being, Paris said YEARS ago on Twitter, the same thing, and said that her dad had told her that. She obviously hadn't discovered P's music at the time, and later on did and fell in love with it as we all did, because she now has a Love Symbol tattoo herself, on her hand.

So Michael probably repeated the story to a few people.

I can see it too. I imagine Prince either had the driver peel out quickly once he saw MJ and family becuase he didn't want them to see him seething in the car, or he had the driver rev his engine and peeled out quickly to scare him a bit. MJ was a delicate flower who was hyper-sensitive (although just as competitive and ocassionally petty). Prince was a smart ass who liked to fvck with his competition a bit but thought of himself as the underdog. But really if MJ actually thought Prince was trying to kill him, why did he try to work with him again or come around him at all. The bass in your face story is so silly that even WIll-I-am didn't know at first why MJ was so offended. Prince was obviously showing off and most men would have just countered with a challenge-accepted type of gesture. MJ instead says he was a meanie and broods over it.

Michael and Prince was petty as hell. I feel like the whole JB setup was payback for when Prince was trying to fuck LaToya's ass (smh), he knew Prince wasn't ready to be there. But I here for it haha especially when Prince threw his glove to the crowd and they threw it right back at his ass.
