As I stated before, some family members are milking(and getting milked) because of access to Prince's estate(funds). The link below (though (13) months old), is a small excerpt that paints a picture of the simultaneous fleecing. I paired paragraph 9-12( in the link) with some numerical values that I came across .It should come as no surprise that the siblings ( with their lawyers) have devised ways to individually profit from the estate. I'll update and post number at some point.

We know about Breamer, their lawyers, and LM. I believe they were all working to fleece the estate. Breamer is on the hotseat right now.

The family members have also been told by Comerica that they can go get loan from banks. The could get a loan based on their future inheritance.

No need to drain the estate.

Most who follow the estate thread probably recognize the name of Traci V. Bransford( who served as Prince's general counsel during his career). What's the connection to her exorbitant fees? Here is a small snapshot of how each sibling was charged by respective firms for "work" associated with the estate. There are also Entertainment attorney fees , separate from these ,charged for each individual work.

5 Motion to Approve Payment of Non-Entertainment Attorney’s Fees and Expenses dated Dec. 12, 2016 (requesting $263,916.50 for work on behalf of Tyka Nelson); Motion to Approve Payment of Attorney’s Fees and Expenses dated Dec. 12, 2016 (requesting $387,382.39 for work on behalf of Tyka Nelson); Mem. of Law for the Approval of Payment of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs dated Dec. 20, 2016 (requesting $334,616.65 for work on behalf of Sharon Nelson, Norrine Nelson and John Nelson); Motion for Approval of Payment from the Estate for Services that Benefitted the Estate as a Whole dated Dec. 27, 2016 (requesting $230,647.11 for work on behalf of Tyka Nelson); Omarr Baker’s Motion to Approve Payment of Attorneys’ Fees dated February 9, 2017 (requesting $497,656.24 for work on behalf of Omarr Baker); (Mem. in Support of Motion to Approve Payment of Entertainment Attorneys’ Fees for Period April 23, 2016 through Jan. 31, 2017 dated Mar. 3, 2017 (requesting $314,948.00 for work on behalf of Alfred Jackson); Memorandum in Support of Motion to Approve Payment of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses for Period of November 16 2016 through January 31, 2017 dated Mar. 3, 2017 (requesting $415,377.00 for work on behalf of Tyka Nelson); Omarr Baker’s Motion to Approve Payment of Attorneys’ Fees through Jan. 31, 2017 dated Mar. 3, 2017 (requesting $370,105.61 for work on behalf of Omarr Baker); Motion to Approve Payment of Attorney’s Fees and Expenses for Period Nov. 16, 2016 Through Jan. 31, 2017) (requesting $415,945.00 for work on behalf of Tyka Nelson); Mem. I believe it was mentioned when Omarr lawyers were complaining about LM that he was buddies with Traci and that she had contacts at UMG. To be fair LM, Traci and Bremer are all parties that worked for Prince. For whatever reason they were no longer working for him and he did not leave a will with these clowns as the executors. I honestly think they took advantage of the fam since they had worked for Prince before and the fam did not ask why Prince cut ties with these people.

We are people who use to work for Prince not on the M2 charity and they do not even mention on their resumes on the site.

I think he had bad people around him and he knew it. He kicked a lot to the curb and they waited a round like vultures to cash in.

Which tells me that Tyka is not privy to very much at all becuase she hired some of the same people Prince discarded. I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but her comments concerning "plans" that Prince left in place are not so much "plans", but more so, comments made in passing that he didn't exclusively relay to her.

I am not questioning whether or not she loved her brother, but do you not believe that Tyka( on advice of counsel) is making money off of her brother's death as we speak? How is she surviving right now? She's not getting a check from her deceased brother, and that part-time pastor of a husband doesn't work.

None of the sibs hired anyone. Tyka went to Breamer and they brough in LM and Traci. Later Omarr's lawyer complained about Breamer and Traci not even collecting resumes from other attorneys. They just gave LM the job even ignoring the 50k judgement against him from the last law firm he worked for and the complaints from the Jackson family.

I believe this is the main reason he did not stay on as the PA. As far as Tyka and the rest of the sibs are concerned they can ask for advances on their disbursements or they can go out and take out loans which I believe Comerica suggested they do.

I suspect that Omarr and Tyka did receive money from Prince and who knows he may have given them enough to tie them over for a while. If not they are going to have to do something while the estate is being settled.

I do not expect them to starve to death.

Absolutely. And it is crystal clear that some of these delusional fans are living in years past, even romanticizing shit that doesn't exist in reality and hasn't for many years. Wanna shake them and say wake the hell up, that's not what was happening with him!

It may have to do with how his doctors did not get him prepped for detox properly. That sounds like negligence to me.

.

Why was Dr. S. bringing Prince test results on the 21st? Was it bad news? Doctors usually won't tell you bad news over the phone. Thing is, Dr. S. really shouldn't have been prescribing Prince any more meds until he knew the tests results. I dunno....I'm just talking off the cuff here.

No, you her spot on. I honestly think Dr S did not know what the fuck he was doing concerning the withdrawals and why bring test results. No test results from the night before would be helpful the next day since Dr. S would have no idea what Prince had taken the night before.

It makes no sense whatsoever. I firmly believe another illness was at play which could of course happen if Prince were abusing these pain pills.

.

It's shady, to say the least. From April 16th, onward is where things really got shady.

I'm sure Prince had good reason not to do business with Bremer anymore, which is why I find it rather strange that Tyka would contact them.

.

Bremer Trust/ILLUMINATI immediately went into Prince’shome and drilled open his basement walk-in vault that he had entrusted the combination to nobody. Naturally, it is a secret what they removed, concealed or destroyed. WithBremer going into Prince’s vault without an independent auditor, they will make sure thatno operative wills, trusts, papers or legal instruments will be exposed to the public record to change their plans to control ALL of Prince’s estate affairs.

No, they were still his bank. It would make sense to go to them. Unfortunalty, the conducted themselves in a unprofessional manner and seemed clueless about estate matters.

As far as the vault they were the admins and they were within their rights to go into the vault. Not sure if the drilled in the day he died as they were not the admin on that day.

No will would be valid if one of his attorney's did not have it. I doubt Prince would have kept his will in the vault.

They could get jobs with Graceland or be on a contract with Comerica. KJ has a contract.

From what I was told by an estate lawyer they might be able to get advances on their disbursements since the estate has income coming in.

Anything they are paid from the estate is merely an advance on their share. I kind of think the older ones must not be gettting anything because they are the ones that keep filing motions to stop business transactions. Do they not realize that is their money they are holding up?

The judge just okayed some business transaction that they were fighting agaisnt. They are wasting money because I suspect the judge is always going to let deals proceed.

Why not go to the meeting and make a sound arguement for the issues they have with the deals.

Well, I wont bore you with all of the information I have ,but I can certainly tell you that any transaction done by personal representatives of said next-of-kin ,are to be delivered in equitable shares mandated by intestate laws to the next-of-kin and has nothing to do with "future" payments.

As an example, if (4) of Prince's homes are sold today by a personal representative,(IE; mortgage broker) the proceeds go to the next-of-kin minus broker fees and is based upon private agreements between the successors. These agreements are pre-approved and contingent on who(next-of-kin) is assigned what and each transaction may be different. Tyka's representative may be doing more work than say Sharon's and so forth. The financial instrument(proceeds) is not considered a "future" payment. They are getting paid already.

You probably wouldn't be inclined to agree because as you stated: I've lost all credibility .

Nope. Its sorta like when you weren't aware that the request in re: Subd7 and 4 were two different things and was not specific to the ME's release of information. You didn't read it carefully before you chimed in. When I pointed it out to you, no advanced radar detection could get a pinged signal from your response. You're the lawyer , right?

It would help if you would stop giving factually incorrect information out.

If you read the court documents you would see Comerica states there will not be any financial distributions made the the siblings in the near future due to taxes owed.

When I get back from vacation , I'll post an accounting of the amount of money/proceeds collected on behalf of the estates/successors for various sales, events and miscellaneous items vs. all things administrative/ attorney fees. Simple math, simple answers.

Incorrect? Wrong again.

1. You didn't address whether private agreements are permitted.

2. A reconcilitation was in order for equitable shares to be re-distributed.

3. Distributions have been made.

I read the Subd7 and 4 wrong in the statute? You stated that the filing was specifc only to the ME's release of information. That was factually incorrect. You're chasing your own tail. Go read what you wrote again in this thread.
