Yes, I saw that warrant for September, but something is off here.

Did you see the June warrant where it stated that medications were written on 4-7-2016? One has to be the Ondanestron for sure, but that is not showing up in the prescription program The only other medication found was the Oxycodone. The prescriptions were written for that day (4-7)and is wholly separate from 4-14-2016. We know it's not the vitamin D, as that bottle was used as a ruse to house the actual pills that prescriptions were written for.

That is why I stated that these three men in general were hiding something. Remember that this is the same day(4-7-2016) Prince went to see him. How is it nothing is showing up until the 14th for just one thing? I don't get it.

[Edited 1/5/18 20:34pm]

Ondanestron (Zofran) is not a controlled substance and would not show up on the Minnesota Registry.

i don't know, i believe that it's possible that his place, the elevator and the manner of death may have been intentional. Prince could have a mean sense of humor so i could see it, i really could, but i don't know if he had that planned for long before he did it. He barely escaped death the week before so i don't know. i do think he was telling us though, in typical prince fashion that he wasn't long for this world, songs like the breakdown and way back home and most alarmingly to me, in retrospect, his revamping of lets go crazy, turning it from an uptempo dance/rock tune into a sludgy, metallic/grunge tune a few years ago.

Mmhmm. So if you believe that it is possible that "his place ,the elevator and the manner of death may have been intentional", could you see Prince planning to die in some other alternative fashion/place if you believe he had a terminal illness?

i could see him intentionally doing it in an elevator as a sick joke, yes. I don't think the lyrics and his death are coincidental but they could be. If he had a terminal illness, i don't know how someone with that lifestyle, used to being pampered, having things his own way would take to the indignity that we all have to go through. I think he took matters into his own hands, but.., like the rest of you, I don't know much of anything.

I just want to say I do value what every single person on this thread has to say and I appreciate the open, thought provoking dialogue. I respect that most here have the heart and courage to say what is on your mind and present your stats, theories and personal stories. I think it's safe to say that most posters on this thread have the up-most love and respect for Prince, or else why the f are we all members on this "online fan community" after all? You all keep expressing what is on your mind, no matter what. People are listening. And just remember, our commonality is, Prince.

that's the only reason many of us can come up with, someone on here, maybe 5 days after he died had a thread "the moral of the story is shame kills" their theory was his shame of addiction and hiding it killed him because he was trapped by his own pride. I could see that, really could. i still think it's more likely that he had something else, why? well, he was a superman, no sleep, not much to eat, years on end, work, work, work, those kinds of guys usually just bowl right over things that the rest of us would be stopped by. I just have that much faith in prince, and maybe i shouldn't but he's a guy who did nothing but overcome limits. Morris Hayes was stating that Prince warned him that he should never say he couldn't do something around him because he doesn't allow it in his world. I just think he had something terminal, be it aids or cancer or both, i think his days were numbered. Been saying this for awhile and I haven't seen alot to change my mind.

Pete: I don't think that would be entirely the case if Prince got treatment in MN. It wouldn't be any different if he went to L.A. Word spreads like wildfire in Hollywood. Furthermore, doctors must follow HIPAA laws.

.

What would the fear of rumors matter at that point when Prince was in dire need of help? It's your friend there, a family member and they need help. Dial 911 or take them to the closest treatment facility.

.

Prince's rep calls Dr. Kornfeld in California, instead of taking him somewhere locally? I say, malarkey! Were they really trying to help Prince, or just trying to cover their tracks? confused

.

Dr. Kornfeld has a horrible track record. Read about Steven Adler; he said Dr. K. almost killed him..........

.

After going through detox, Kornfeld wrote Adler doze... at a time including Prozac, Valium, Antabuse, and lithium, his mother recalled. In her book she lists 63 prescriptions Adler received from the doctor in just one month. The first pharmacy bill she received exceeded $2,000, she said.

.

https://www.thefix.com/pr...new-memoir

.

.

I do agree with what you are saying, but there are still so many unanswered questions since the emergency in Moline and when you look at everything that has transpired since then, it almost seems like a big cover-up (Recovery Without Walls pamphlet/pills everywhere).

.

The word "NO" was not a part of Prince's vocabulary. I totally get that, but why take illicit pills when you can be treated by a medical professional? I know he didn't like doctors, but wouldn't getting the proper care be in his best interest, rather than getting drugs off the street?

.

You speak of his hard work-ethic, and his integrity, so the idea that he would just throw his hands up in the air and say "fuck it", I'm gonna take this poison (sorry, Prince), just does not fit into his character at all.

.

I really would like to know where was Tyka when all of this "supposed" intervention was being planned.

.

If Prince didn't give a shit anymore about anything, then why would he be stopping his ex-wife, Mayte from selling his things at auction, just before he died? Makes no sense. If you are sick, you would not have the time or energy to do that, nor would you give a shit, at that point.

.

There are too many facets to the story and there is not just one simple answer.

So, assuming he had something terminal, was the 21st all planned out for that day, or did it just happen to be that day because something precipitated the action? Curious.

.

Very good point, Menes. I keep going over the fact that Prince had a "scheduled" appointment/visit with Dr. Schulemberg that very morning, and the "supposed" intervention to take place, and not to mention, he had employee's showing-up for work on that Thursday morning.

.

On the suicide notion; if he wanted to do it, he could have done it as soon as he got back to PP after the Moline incident. He didn't. I wonder why? More questions than answers........

Menes, I am not challenging you.

I dont have anything but what I read in the warrants. We dont have Dr. S's medical records.

The last warrant filed was September 19, 2016 and it states:

On Monday, 05-09-16 I learned that Sgt. Meier had received a phone call from Dr. Quin Strobel from the Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office. In speaking to Dr. Strobel, we learned that the results from Prince’s toxicology screening showed Prince had a lethal dose of the narcotic Fentanyl in his system. Your affiant along with the DEA conducted a Minnesota Prescription Monitoring Program warrant and learned that Prince Rogers Nelson had no prescriptions issued to him and that Kirk Johnson had only one, Oxycodone which was prescribed on 04-14-16 by Dr. Michael Schulenberg, the same doctor who was at the scene of Paisley Park on 04-21-16 when deputies arrived and the same doctor who admitted in a statement to Detective Chris Nelson that he had prescribed Prince a prescription for oxycodone the same day as the emergency plane landing but put the prescription in Kirk Johnson’s name for Prince’s privacy.

It could very well be Dr. S was confused when interviewed by the detectives as to the date he prescribed the Oxy.

Any doctor who would prescribe two Oxy scripts in 7 days to the same patient would at the very least come under review by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice for over prescribing on such a high profile case. Dr. S has not.

https://bmp.hlb.state.mn....<ype=PY

As you can see Dr. S has never had disciplinary action taken against his license to practice medicine in the State of Minnesota.

It could very well be a script was written for Prince under an assumed name other than Kirk's on another date. I dunno.

But the Minnesota Registry shows one one controlled script for Kirk and none for Prince. The Registry would be the most accurate record.

Darling, I didn't take it as a challenge . You are one of the few here that really digs into what is being written and makes sure that the information is as accurate as can be. Shame I cant say that about the many here who post constant questions and give nothing in return.

.

The way he was found came as a shock to us all, and we haven't been able to get that horrible image out of our heads.

.

We have discussed this before that there is a possibility that Prince could have been placed in the elevator, with his clothes on backwards, The doctor's son shows up and they find Prince in the elevator. If something went awry, or there was foul-play; it would not be so hard to believe, for me, at least.

Elvis was all messed-up. He had dozens of different pills in his system. His doctor kept prescribing him more and more pills. That doctor would be in jail today for overprescribing meds and responsible for Elvis' death. Different times back then.

well, the gist i get from some of Prince's fans is "he's too good to die like that" I'm just pointing out that death doesn't care about the vanity of man. Elvis died in pretty humiliating circumstances, so did Jimi and the rest of the 27 club. death is ugly, is there really such a thing as a pretty death? with prince it was shocking because most of us had no clue he was in that kind of trouble, a couple rumours here and there and no other indication that death was near.

I would like to remind everyone that death isn't something to fear. Do you remember your birth? The soul comes in and passes out. do you think back at your birth and go oh man all that darkness...no no memory.
Brother Nelson went into his father's kingdom.
The circumstances we see aren't his experience.
Only Prince knows what he saw to liberate his soul from the body.
I know this...Prince is fine as an eternal being of light.
People who have near death experiences talk about who came for them...
I'm thinking Prince had a party welcome him home including his son.

Think something wonderful for him, the rainbow at Paisley
Whatever you need...just don't obsess over anything temporary that is upsetting to you.

Put love at people...then energy of Prince isn't a death scene stuck in trying to understand. Honor him by serving others. That's what I do.

A family member told Anna Garcia, it was Alzheimer's.

Prince’s former girlfriend Anna Fantastic fears the music icon was battling Alzheimer’s disease in the months before his death

The singer and model, who met Prince as a teenager, insists her ex kept his memory loss to himself, but she found out he had been struggling when she attended his funeral last year.

“I heard from a family member that he may have had early onset Alzheimer’s… and he was having problems even remembering certain parts on the guitar,” the Brit, real name Anna Garcia, explains in a new Autopsy documentary about the final days of Prince‘s life.

Meanwhile, a top forensic pathologist fears Prince may have been duped into taking a familiar painkiller laced with Fentanyl in the hours before his death last year

Dr. Michael Hunter studied the music icon’s health records for a new U.S. TV documentary in the Autopsy series and his extensive research has led him to believe the tragic star reached for his Percocet pills to help him cope with the pain of a drug withdrawal, not realising he was taking something much stronger.

Prince was found slumped in the elevator at his Paisley Park compound in Minnesota on 21 April, 2016 and a local coroner later ruled he died of a Fentanyl overdose.

Dr. Hunter claims symptoms Prince‘s personal chef noticed in the days before his death suggest the Purple Rain star may have been suffering from drug withdrawal for a week before his death.

“The fever, nausea and cramps that he was experiencing, according to the chef, may have caused him to relapse and reach for what he thought was a familiar painkiller,” the medic says in the revealing new documentary.

“I think that Prince probably didn’t know that the pills he took that night had Fentanyl in them. I believe Prince died from a tragic accident bordering on homicide.”

Dr. Hunter also agrees with accounts of the music legend’s alleged cocaine addiction, even though there are no medical notes documenting his use of the drug.

He claims the clue to the extent of the singer’s drug problems lie in the medical report of his mid-air emergency a week before his death, when the pilot of a plane carrying the star home after a gig was forced to land in Moline, Illinois, when his famous passenger lost consciousness mid-flight.

Dehydration was listed as the reason behind the health scare, but Dr. Hunter notes paramedics on the scene gave Prince what’s known as “a safe shot” to kick him back into life.

“In almost all cases the safe shot is given to someone who is thought to be having a drug overdose,” he says.

His cocaine use fears echo those of Prince’s biographer, Mick Wall, and Michael Padden, the attorney for the star’s step-sister, Lorna Nelson, who both feature in the new Autopsy documentary

Padden claims his client feared her brother’s cocaine use was so significant that she worried he would suffer a heart attack.

“Cocaine gave him energy to the point that he would have trouble falling asleep for days, and the reason that he took the Percocet was to come down from the euphoric high of the cocaine,” the attorney explains.
