lol lol

stoned

Means they do not want to deal directly with Lonnie and SNJ😀

Can't blame them if those two factions are always claiming they don't know about this or that. Comerica has a job to do and it seems like they want to do what they were hired for.

I don't blamce them and I really would like to know how the older sibs think they will get out of the contract they signed with Comerica? If Comerica is saying they have 5 deals on the table and these fools are screaming for money then they need to let the deals go forward.

I really believe they thought they would have millions of dollars in their pockets by now, that there were hundreds of millions of dollars just sitting in the bank waiting for them to outstretch their hands.

It's amazing that people think an estate $200 million is "cash" -- or that they'll get that much money WITHOUT paying taxes first and sharing. I'm frightened by what will happen if there isn't some kind of agreement amongst them all.

Frankly, if I were TAO, I'd find a way to "cash out" SNJ as soon as possible.

nuts

She says Mattie was pure Minnesota Native American.

If Galpin is sold then the new residents will be open to attack by a foreign military source.

Sounds like it is time to declare Shawnetta a vexatious litigator.

Comerica is both the Personal Representative and Special Administrator. What is the difference between these two roles?

I had been convinced that Roc Nation proabably had a legit contract/ agreement. It would be stupid of them to steal. Not sure how damages would be assessed, but it could be big money.

Its not whether there is a legit contract but what that contract entails.

Tidal continously uses the words "course of dealing" between the parties.

That means there were agreements allegedly outside of the contract not in writing,

and therein lies the dispute between Tidal and The Estate.

Londell McMillian gets shadier with each filing. I get the vibe he is causing more issues than resolutions.

Interested in how the Tidal thing plays out. Lots of accussations from both sides.

Wish the Vault data was not redacted. I, like many, am very curious on the quantity. I found it odd that some items were found in the garage. Many areas in PP had audio/video stored. I guess that is the meaning of multiple vaults.

What is the White room and Gold room at PP?

Do you remember when it was said that no contract exsisted at all by crazy ass LM?

Now we have contact that has been doctored. I am sure Tidal has some deal with Prince that was not ironed out in the contract but originally claims were made that no contract exsisted at all and that no money was paid.

Does anyone think that massive copyright infringement would be continuing if nothing or no clauses giving Tidal the rights appeared in the contract?

At this rate the Tidal contract will have ended and both parties will still be aruging.

I wonder if news will report on all the massive copyright infringement that Monitor Mark has been working on.

I hope they do. Comerica came on strong with their rebuttal of all the crap the elders have been putting out there. No doubt their "entertainment" ( lol ) advisor is stickpoke and stirthepot continually, mucking everything up.

Sure looked like MarkMonitor is earning their keep too.

This Affidavit by Comerica is well worth the read.

http://www.mncourts.gov/m...-10-17.pdf

Apparently, if they are going down they are taking Lonnie with them. lol

  • Some points in the Affidavit:

-Because of issues related to Mr. McMillan, we have been forced to carefully

consider the information we can share with the Heirs based on the risk that the Nelsons might

provide that information to Mr. McMillan, as it could then be used in a manner that is contrary to

the interests of the Estate.

-We provided Mr. McMillan the Estate's form non-disclosure agreement, versions

of which have been executed by more than 75 individuals and entities to whom the Estate has

provided confidential information. Mr. McMillan responded by entirely rewriting the agreement,

to the point where it would do little to prevent disclosure of confidential and sensitive

information, including by removing protections on information disclosed orally, any restrictions

on his company Northstar Enterprises from disclosing information, and the ability of the Estate

to obtain a protective order in the event of a compelled disclosure.

-Mr. McMillan has refused to sign the Estate's NDA, despite

the fact that the NDA is substantially similar to the agreement Mr. McMillan executed with

Bremer Trust.

-We know that Mr. McMillan has been out in the marketplace

attempting to compete with the Estate.

Does anyone have the link to the court docs for the Tidal lawsuit? This article below is beyond confusing. It seem that Phedra is siding with Tidal and claiming that Breamer and LM/Koppelcrook were up to something. Estate/NPG is saying contract is fabricated except for Hit and Run which makes no sense whatsoever.

-------

http://www.billboard.com/biz/articles/news/legal-and-management/8031488/prince-estate-aims-to-show-tidal-fabricated-equity

---------

NPG is now after documents pertaining to the circumstances of the execution of the alleged equity deal, but argues being "stymied by improper privilege claims."

Specifically, NPG has eyes on communications from Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins, who may have been the closest thing to Prince's manager.

"Contemporaneous communications between the parties are inconsistent with Tidal’s contention that Ellis-Lamkins signed the Equity Term Sheet on Prince’s behalf on July 19, 2015," states a heavily redacted motion in Minnesota federal court.

Among the messages being withheld are emails with subject lines like "P would like to speak with J" and "Can u tell P to call right back for 1 second J has 1 question they just got off."

If Prince and Jay-Z spoke on the phone, though, and came to some sort of deal, perhaps bolstered by the later delivery of materials, NPG sees enough in the timing of messages as well as what's previously been produced in litigation to be suspicious.

Roc Nation and the other defendants are holding these Ellis-Lamkins messages back over an alleged "common interest" with her. They say she shares serious concerns about how the former administrator of Prince's Estate dealt with rights and conducted transactions. Asserting attorney-client privilege, they'd prefer she be deposed as a witness.

NPG rejects any "common interest," asserting that Ellis-Lamkins was really concerned about how she was removed from the manager of Prince's companies, and that this "personal" and non-legal interest doesn't merit the shielding of documents.
