I can provide the links for the Andre Cymone interview where he talks about their problems. Recent interviews with Morris day and other members of the Time. I am not an autority I just do not conviently forget things like a lot of people on this board.

He got along with women just fine until he did not want to be with them anymore like a lot of dudes. Shit some of those crazy women stayed friends with him after he openly dissed them. So don't tell me he did not get along better with women then men.

It would be nice if you and other orgers would stop getting in your feelings when you wrong about something. It is to easier to look something up for yourself than get mad at the messenger. Oh and plenty of sane orgers have noticed this trend as well.

And as food for thought let me paint you an imperfect picture of a time when it wasn't safe, cool, accepted or considered even remotely 'normal' for a man to be attracted to other men. Once upon a time those men frequently, almost reflexively, surrounded thmselves with women to deflect 'talk' and held back from any closeness to men to perhaps avoid temptation and help control their attractions/urges. This closeted dance was greatly intensified in communities of color...and when you stir in adherence to the more extreme strains of conservative Christianity you have a toxic brew of denial, isolation and pain.

However, I agree with OJOrion's observations re P and men and would add that fame, money (and its attendant control over others) and already being 'out there' with his clothing, makeup and overall presentation gave Prince more latitude than others in the black/religious comunity and an almost perfect protective coloration re the yearnings of his heart. A 30 plus year relationship/association is no small thing. Have some compassion...and respect.

Oh yeah, I forgot that in his down time, off stage, at church, at home, hanging with his many, many male frends he wore jeans, running shoes, a t-shirt and no makeup. Silly me.

He became a cross over star with 1999 with high heels and all. He was using androgeny for shock value and he said so reapeatly back then. In addtion, Prince was not selling a whole lot of records until 1999 and was in constant debt to WB. The side projects pulled him out of debt and this is per Jimmie Jam.

You simply do not know what you are talking about or you cannot accept that he pulled a fast one on everybody or maybe you do not understand marketing.

Prince was involed with Judith, they shared alots more then just music. Just because she has different valules and does'nt find it necessary to parade theri photo together all over the net for attention, one may think that P felt less for her then for Andy not true. Judith has talent and did not need P he contated her and she travel with him beside the piano concerts, she choice not to let the world know about it what for? she wants people to listen to her music and donest what questions being ask about P or known as one of Proteges. thank god there still a person with values. The world alway has to judge one by appearance, that how we have been program to think.

Andy is an attrative lady and is great for Holloywood but is not a good perfomer, singing or playing guitar, she got want she wanted from P and was out afther the end of the tour 2011-2012. Andy is a smart lady and knows what sells and how to get attention from P fans that why she alway make sure to post somting about P and at ever intview. She contated radio staions and serval magazine to have them post her story. Most are forgetting that she was only 22 when she meet P there is no history or knowleage that she could have on P music or how hard he worked to get to the top. But she has no problem with using his name for her gains. Some people are starting to see the truth not everyone is drinking the kool-aid

YES. She would do best to either say something or stop milking it. It's been getting to be too much lately. Too obvious, etc. I won't say any more.

I think it would make it easier on P fans if the estate would simply set up an Official Purple Harem Registry for anyone who has had carnal knowledge of P to register...

They could fill out purple registration cards and have official picture IDs made...and on the back they could list their stats (like baseballs cards...Year of association, preferred kamasutra positions, etc)...and the IDs could have corresponding harem trading cards with a hologram like rare Polemon cards, and fans could collect their favourites...and trade them at P events...
