Yes, very much. Every day I have to have Prince in my life somehow. Whether it's by this website, an update on in internet, his music, a video, a magazine article, a book, or anything else I can find. I have to have my Prince fix every day... I'm really having trouble letting him go.

I definitely miss our beautiful and complex Prince. I will never forget him!

I appreciate him often by enjoying and groovin' to his music. He has been my musical guru and inspiration since I was a kid and I will be listening to him till I die.

He is part of all of our soul's, forever we are bonded with him and to each other.

Peace and love!

I will miss him forever. But I try not to dwell on it.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Yes.

But at least I can say it was Very clear to some of us from Beginning to End how exceptional he was, and we so drank him in, didn't we.

He had so many angelic qualities on display, so early.

RIP

Does anyone else still find themselves missing him, and finding it still hard to believe that he's gone? I know that I do. There are times when I seem fine, but then I think about him, and I think to myself..."I still can't believe he's really gone from this earth". It's makes me so sad, I really do miss him. cry

Yes, I still miss him, and I know it will be really hard April 21. I even still remember where I was, and how I found out about his death.

Really missing him tonight. In tears. Just listened to the 1st Atlanta Mic and Piano show. I hadn't been able to listen to it over this past year. I would start, but then have to stop. Tonight, I made myself listen to the entire first show. Really wish I had the second show from that night, too. But I sat here, remembering that night, the excitement, the energy, and I realized that those of us that were able to attend that night, not realizing that it would be his very last concert, we were blessed (though it still doesn't feel that way). I would give that night back, if it meant he could still be here with us. He gave us everything that night. Damn it, Prince, why'd you leave us?

I would like to share this story

Yesterday I went to go have lunch at a place I haven't been to in years and was a last minute decision. Once I got inside the place, I heard this instrumental intro to a song in the background that sounded familiar and I think I know what it is but I brushed it off as nothing. While placing my order, I hear it and it's "I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man". 2 songs later while dining in, I then hear "Manic Monday".

While typing this I am thinking.... no one could ever take the place of this man bawl

so yes...I do miss him

Very much so. With April 21st closely approaching it has me thinking about it more and more lately.

I'm not a human

Every time I feel like I'm good some story will pop up like that one year ago today at the Chanhassen Diner he popped in and did a guitar solo and it hits me that can't ever happen again and I go right back down the hole.

Does anyone know how the Paisley Park thing has been going, I don't hear much about it? Every time I see a photo of it, I just feel sad. I don't think I can ever visit there.

this might sound crass but I went through horrible grief with Michael Jackson and even worse with my boxing hero, Hector Camacho so althought it's just as bad, having been through it makes it a little easier. Particularly, the Camacho death, that was just horrible for me and I really felt like I was the only one who was grieving, his own mother was running off to the hock shop with his stuff, it just killed me. No one to grieve with, i was pretty much in a daze for weeks and maybe months. at least prince has many people who loved him, even the crazy fans here.

Yes. I noticed some purple flowers across from my house that were never there before. Batman was playing at my job lastnight. When I heard Partyman it lifted my spirits. All I could do was smile & try and hold back the tears. My 3121 cd that I lost came in the mail yesterday. That was my first Prince cd that I purchased when I was like 10. I felt like a kid all over again, opening it up.

You know I wasn't a fan of the guy as a person (damn Internet exposed all his personalty flaws) so until the vault begins to pour forth yes I still miss him. That may seem cold but the dude could be a real narcissistic, selfish asshole.

Um, have you read all the philanthropic things he's done in secret? Have you listened to the interviews of the wonderful things he's done for musicians and their families and to you he's still an asshole?? My God. disbelief Your post reminds me of the Org before he passed.
