This is just notifying the Judge that they accept if appointed by him.

Prince could have left most if not all of his estate to his child through a trust. At least that is how I understand it. In Minnesota, if he had a wife/husband and/or children, they would inherit the estate if no will or trust existed. That is why each of the people claiming to be his child is being examined very closely because that person, if a DNA match, would inherit everything automatically.

New documents filed. In one document, Tyka is basically saying that Bremer Trust has no standing to say when a new administrator can be appointed. She says that is a matter for the non excluded heirs and the court alone.

There is another document from the court of appeals, where they are asking for records from the probate case to be forwarded to the court of appeals. However, I'm not sure which appeals case this is. Perhaps someone can help. The case number is A16-1816. I went to the Court of Appeals website, but none of the links given any info on what the case is about. Could this be Briana's case?

Pretty sure it's Rodney Herachio Dixon rearing his head again. He had filed a notice of appeal on 12/5/2016 (listed under 12/6/2016 on the court document page) to the Appellate Court over the dismissal of his claims.

Tyka is correct.

Bremer should remain neutral on the appointment of the new Special Administrator.

Tyka has made clear in this recent filing that Bremer went forward with business decisions for which there were objections by the heirs on the basis of urgency.

Time to move on little doggie.

I think she requested them because they knew were accounts were and the money could be accesses. When people pass mortgages and bills still have to be paid. They are not estate lawyers so it is time to move on.

If you trace it back, it appears to be an appeal by Dixon. I "think" but not positive. ISAIDLIFEISJUSTAGAME would be best to comment on this. 😁

what was said and done? i thought the judge only released the list of motions/ actions or whatevr. have the actual docs been made available? wasn't m2 appealing?

Funny, but they have a clearance to genetic testing. Prince couldn't afford McDonalds in high school, but could travel to NZ. I am trying to be sarcastic and funny with that. No offense meant to anyone. Wonder when the genetic results will be released.

Ok, this might sound crazy, but the only thing that came to mind when I heard about the New Zealand woman is this: I read an article somewhere, that Prince, when young, I guess teen years, used to be involved with Park Avenue United Methodist Church and went on mission trips. The article didn't say much more than that about the trips, but could it be that he did any type of mission trips out of the country with the church? That's the only thing that came to mind. Just a thought
