As many of you know, we held two fundraisers in Minneapolis Oct 12 & 14th to raise funds for Little Kids Rock AND for Safe Haven For Youth - A Homeless Shelter IN Chanhassen -which were AMAZING - an extra thank you for all who attended and those who jumped in to help! The second fundraiser got stung by the Paisley Park on again/off again/on again hiccups - people that were attending had to switch their tours to Friday - the day of the movie event. That meant less people in the theatre - less funds raised from the raffles that day.

We raised a little over $600 for Safe Haven for Youth - this includes the online donations - but it would be so much nicer to be able to donate at least a cool $1000 to this important cause, close to Prince's home in Chanhassen, MN. This will be donated in his name, from all of us.

In efforts to up those funds, I'm opening the button sales to world wide fams! Also received an item too late for the fundraiser events: the commemorative Pearl Guitar Picks.

Rather than use Eventbrite again, this will be via Paypal. The reason for this is because that site drains extra funds which could be going directly to the charity instead (Eventbrite, which I did not know at the beginning, charges TWO fees PLUS still having to pay the minimal Paypal fees. Better to have those extra dollars go to Safe Haven For Youth.

I can see the images just fine.

Clear you cache and reboot, it might help.

YAY! Are you the couple that was near the front, on the aisle? It was so lovely to meet you and am so glad you were able to join us for those screenings. I believe I still have your email address tucked away. I will be finally going through the rest of luggage etc, this week. Will definitely send you an email soon
