That is indeed Chelsea Rodgers of whom the song is about. He debuted that song at a fashion show which is where the pics of him on the runway with the Twinz comes from. ^ That pic is from the same show. Here is a closer look at her necklace.

She was also featured in the 3121 perfume campaign.

I have been trying to post for FOUR DAYS and the previous post just would not let me! mad
