Yes I had the chance of giving P a Yellow Rose ... it was sweet specail time .....and I still smile and laugh when thinking of it all.......... I had forgotten about this stories til one day talking in the org chat about meeting with P...

It was at PP's I had went on Stage to dance and I had brought a rose... before going to the concert....

So when the secuity and fans lifted me up to dance on stage after He pointed and me to come up ..... I handed my rose to my friend

so i could dance well after about 10 mins or more of dancing I got off stage... he jammed all night!

Ii was just in loving with the music and ... whew we were going aLLL night!!!

so at the end the concert.... we all were standing around waiting to leave and then came a worker

taped me on my back and said prince want his rose, I said hun ............lol and he said Prince want his rose....

It dawned on me .... i was so tired I forgot to lifted it.. up before the last song....

so I gave it to the worked then a young lady just laughed and i laughed she worked at pp's too... i smiled and waved bye

The me and few other people start talking and hugging............

before leaving out and the 2 working came back and said P said thanks or something like that and he is sittng in the back with his rose ....smiling and looking at it.

So one day in NPGMC chat He came in and said thanks for my flower ...

well thats my flower story..... and there have been a few other nice other time...

For the rest of the show, he was pushing the card towards me and I was pushing it back towards him, at least ten times we did that.

The next aftershow I went to (1st of September?), everyone thought the show was over and started leaving. But then Prince suddenly came back on so everyone came rushing back into the venue. This caused a mini stampede towards the front and somehow I ended up in the stairs and partly on the stage, as I was trying to avoid the forceful movement of the crowd. Some of you might remember this (Will.I.am was there that night). At that moment when Prince saw me, he must have recognized me cause he pointed his finger towards me and had a big grin on his face.

Just when I thought I had secured my place in his "annoying fans" list, at the end of the following aftershow (in the night of 13th September) he surprised me by inviting me to dance onstage (totally out of the blue)... He grabbed my hand lifted me onto the stage then still holding my hand put his other arm around my waist and accompanied me onto my “spot” near the drums. I remember he also picked a tall man and a girl whom I met again at a Maceo Parker gig later that year (if you read this, I would love to hear from you!). The band played Musicology whilst Prince walked and played guitar around us, watching us and smiling, I don’t even know how I managed to dance under such circumstances, but somehow I did… They carried on playing Musicology, then went off doing some sort of New Orleans brass jamming session for ages and he let the three of us dance all that time until the very end of the show. Then I suddenly felt someone grab me by the waist, I looked to my left and it was Shelby. All the band members had joined up with us in a line to salute the audience as Prince was now saying goodbye. We all walked up and down the stage and saluted the audience. The lights then went off, and by the time they went back on, Prince and the band had gone.

Totally dazed, I walked back down the side steps, on the dance floor, nearly everyone had gone but some fans had stayed and started surrounding me and they all seemed just as mesmerized as I was by what had happened. No need to mention that I didn't really sleep that night...
