right now it's "Breakdown"... & though I knew it, it just hit me super hard (when it came on) that his voice isn't on that last reprise of "Way Back Home", so it's really REALLY real, that he's gone, in addition to the context of the song. but I'd always dismissed most of this album, now I'm finding that it's comforting because he was sooooo happy during this period! Feeling renewed & content while making it, & it's just nice to reflect on that period for him.Prince amazing artist, his first album is one of the best debuts I've ever heard. and his vocal performance in both evokes a real sense..
that there is hope....
