I guess it's the most Prince-ish song on the album, but it's just all right for me, to quote the great Randy Jackson.

If this was on a classic prince album, I don't think anyone would be raving about it. But it does fit quite nicely right at the end of the album.

New version tries to be a little bit cooler than the old one, but still it's this poppy lightweight 90s R&B I don't like at all.
It doesn't exactly ruin the album because of its one off existence, but next to Like a mack it's for sure one of my least favorite songs on an otherwise very enjoyable album.

I had never heard the old version until after the new one came out. I was indecisive at first, but now I'm in love with the Nona Gaye version.

I see "1000 Xs and Os" is picking up traction. It is number 23 on the Urban AC chart according to Allaccess.com.

There's something really sensual about this song... Something even nostalgic, and not just because it was recorded in 92... There's a feeling I haven't felt from a Prince song in a long long time, and this song just has this nostalgic essence 2 it...

One of my favorite songs in a long time... I think it's the simplistic melody. Hope people don't under appreciate this song, it truely is the saving grace on the HitnRun album.

The BEST track on the album without any doubt... This song is actually one of Prince's best work in years, even though It was written way back in 92... However the simple melodic meloncholy feel just works so great.
