This was one of his most jaw dropping and successful tours and for good reason. The band was slammin'

Lead vocals & guitar - Prince
Bass - Rhonda Smith
Drums - John Blackwell
Keyboards - Renato Neto and Rad
Saxophones - Mace Parker and Candy Dulfer
Trombone - Greg Boyer
Keys- Chance Howard

It was just an amazing crew of awesome musicians. I know he's burned bridges with probably most of them but this is the kind of band that really helps bring out the genius of Prince LIVE!

Plus I would take Prince on acoustic guitar over the played out and stale sampler set any day!

/// The same band that was hated on by some many people on this board(lol)In 5 years you all will sing the praises of Third eye girl.

/Since you are such a smart ass you go back thru the board and find those orgers and compare them to the posters today. While you conducting that useless task think about how foolish you are. I was on this board in 2004 and I remember the posts it is really the same thing on this board over and over again on various topics. Bitch and complaining one minute and doing a complete turnaround the next minute. I believe the bitching about streaming only to find out that we will get a physical CD. Jumping to conclusions and flipping out.

Why should I? I was on the org too and yes many posters claimed they sucked, but I'm sure many of those members aren't even active anymore. Besides, what's wrong with people having a different opinion these days?

Most people still agree Kirky J sucks, so I'm not so sure they'll want 3RDEYEGIRL back in a few years.

NorthC

Don't worry everybody, 3rdEyeGirl are young women and at least two of them are married. Sooner or later they will want to raise a family and that doesn't go together with being in the studio for 14 hours a day. So then Prince will have to look for another band again...
