PS A Prince album hasn't been in my top 3 of the year since Planet Earth in 2007.

I'm kind of of shocked PE is even as high as it is - a few great tracks, but soooo much filler.

AOA all the way.

I was on the releaseparty in Norway yesterday, and after hearing snippets first, then the whole albums througout, I must say AOE is winning this one. However much good music on both albums.

I expected to like plectrum better but after now having heard both several times AOA wins many times over for me - I am so disappointed with the disjointed quality across Plectrum tracks. AOA is a strong album, all tracks are good to excellent, none that I will skip.

These two albums are so diverse, normally you would not guess it is from one and the same artist. Genius Prince all the way through! There is something for everybody, I think.

I personally cannot decide yet which I prefer. I was sure it was going to be PE because I have absolutely loved the live shows of 3rdEyeGirl and I always prefer rock, but AOA is a big surprise to me because it is a really great album.

So no vote from me yet, have to listen a few more times ...
