Thanks for compiling this, but I noticed an error. If you read Adorecream's post, you'll notice that he lists The Time as #9, but you show it as receiving no votes. See statements at the end of his post.

Adorecream's post is confusing, I asked for one classment and he gave me 2 so what am I supposed to do? I took the first classment to appear, i.e. the one without The Time. 2 people also listed 11 albums, I ruled out #11 in both cases, and one put TWICE the same album at different places in his classment so I ignored the second entry and counted only 9 albums in his case.

I'm quite puzzled at how it's possible that some people can't understand a very simple thing such as "10 albums numbered from 1 to 10" but then what am I supposed to do? Now there may be a few mistakes in my calculations, I sincerely hope there are none but I counted only once so let's hope I didn't do any mistake ^^ If I did, though, there won't be many and they will be small enough to be quite unconsequancial in the final classment.

I'm confused too - I looked up the word classment in two internet dictionaries

and they both said there is no such word. I think you invented a new word.

Looks a lot like the thread that was done last year with my quantitive methods retained (Points system and number of votes).

Interesting to see that Sign o the Times came out on top again by a long shot. Its obvious that that album just stands head and shoulders above everything else. It is just the brilliant record that has something for almost everyone on it.

Well 5 people did not like it so much, but overwhelmingly we all just love it.

.

And again Purple Rain getting 2nd, again an album that has universal appeal, even people who don't like Prince like this album. And its usually 1999 and Parade that fill out the Top 4.

.

What I see that is new though, is the fact you guys allow protege and live albums in, to spice things up and that looks cool.
