Why do all the reviews say it's from the new album? Is Plectrum Electrum no longer a 3EG album? Or will it be a mix of both? She Believed in Fairytales and Princes, He Believed the voices coming from his stereo

I'm sure Prince doesn't have a clue what Plectrum Electrum should be like. I guess the initial idea of an instrumental 3EG with a couple of songs with vocals was scrapped an hour (most probably 5 minutes) later it was mentioned. And I'm also pretty sure those Octopus Heart and Menstrual Cycle and some other things we heard on the Livestream were actually on the original album, then scrapped and released as "rehearsals".
Why do people keep on saying that the song is from Plectrum Electrum. Because no one has an idea on what is gonna happen, this is a "new" single, Plectrum Electrum is the only name of a supposed to be released album, so 2+2=4, Breakfast can Wait must be from Plectrum Electrum.

I also heard it on the radio in Italy last night. Quite surprised because havent heard any new Prince on radio since last September with RNRLA.
No one bothered playing Screwdriver and FULU, which I prefer to this one. Though am not enamored with this song, I am curious to see what the video will entail.

I agree, I love that he has a sense of humor and I think the song is great. I don't understand why people on here are saying that it is the worst ever...that is definitely an exaggeration.
