The audio is almost unlistenable for the distortion.
The video is kind of idiotic, but it is better than the Screwdriver pretend concert dance one. Hannah's super cute. Donna looks like she's barely keeping it together while she dances. She knows it's bad.
The song is okay, not amazing certainly. But I don't hate it. It definitely is not something I'd be interested in if it was not Prince-associated. But so what?

I just bought LOL - (audio) and the videos for Bambi and LOL.
Just opened the LOL Audio 1st - hoping the quality was better than the one given to us for free, but appears to be just as distorded.. Its a great song, but it's quality makes it difficult to listen to.
ON to the videos.. I figured he only put LOL audio and Bambi movie on to see if we'd actually buy it out of support... Cheap but wth..
Can't wait for more good surprises this week!

Yeah, I probably won't be downloading this one as I'm not even sure if this is what we would classify as a legitimate "Protege" track. That being said, I remember years ago reading in a Prince Biography about how Prince wanted to set up a system where he could create a song on Monday, record and mix it on tuesday, and post it online by wednesday, and it seems like he's finally doing it. And while most of the music isn't ground breaking, it's really cool that he's pretty much shipping it out as soon as he finished it. Super fun & cute video for such a happy song!!  For those expecting some extraordinary video, u won't be impressed I'm affraid. Rather take it for what it is, cuz looks like a fun time was had for a fun song. This video makes the song even catchier actually! Wonder who made up the dance? Maybe there'll be benefits & a great view of young busty chicks doing the LOL dance at concerts!! 
Must say Hannah, Donna & Ida are such beautiful looking ladies! Donna keeps getting more attractive every time I see her! But not in that way, if u get my drift! Ha ha
Was the part with the mirrored wall filmed in the dance rehearsal studio? Looks kinda familiar. To think on the 25th of this month, t'will b 19 years since myself & my best friend walked through that very same room! It had the tinfoil on the walls for the TOTP performance of TMBGITW, & Tommy B was playing the keyboard part for Loose, but no Prince was to be found. Ahhh, such sweet memories!! hahaha I'm sure it sucked. I was actually just fuckin with twilightkid is all. I couldn't care less about 3rd eye girl, LOL the song, LOL the video and anything else they come up with. I just want to hear Prince. That's what I'm here for, not some teeny bopper band who sounds like everything else in this shitty music age. No thanks! That being said I really hope that the new song releases are all Prince and that the site is not going to be used for all the cock eyed girl shit. Video confirmed for me two things: 1) Hannah is hot; 2) LOL isn't all that bad. The video itself is cheesy, but 98% of Prince's video's are cheesy so nothing new there. I spend more than 2 bucks on a coffee at starbucks, so this is worth it IMO. Change it one more time.. | |

lets be honester here, anything unreleased from 86 with wendy and lisa on it is no less than a hidden gem. aside from the breakdown at the end (prince's doing eye am sure) this, with Down, are his best tunes of the batch for sure
from Dolphin to Here or Compassion, there are a lot of songs Wendy Lisa and a mute button on a few lyrics couldn't turn into a damn good prince song .. good to hear the girls breath some life into the Prince scene .. if only for a brief Andy Allo Bria length moment | |
