That blazer is fresh! I always have loved Navy Blue, and this has a royal tone to it. It looks fresh, the glasses only makes Prince more aware, that he has to switch it up a bit..Well.. A lot! Hahaha

So when people look at this, 1,000,001 things go through their mind, how old is this dude? Why is he wearing that? Wht happen to his eyes? Haha

He loves that mystery, and out of all of the artists from the 8's; I think it is fare to say, Prince has been doing his own thing his own way for a while. I think that's what is awesome about him. His direction is really inspired from within, he really does it how it comes to him. AND, I can not wait to see what came to him during this interview and what he talks about during this issue!!

UPDATE: The interview is pretty good! He finally seems to be getting the 'Internet ' thing. It's also cool he referred to 'The Adjustment Bureau'. Prince has got humor..lol. I know what he means when he says that; My aunt is a lawyer and have a couple of lawyers, and he is just being funny. To all of those, who take it OUT of context! It's a joke..he's just saying how black women can be quick and to the point. Not taking any games..etc..Anyways!

I really look forwards to him being honored. Dude, really does things how he wants to. He is not walking by what others define. He's just C O O L.

As much as I recognize the relevance of getting properly paid for one's work, it's quite sad to see that it's only an issue of MONEY for Prince to release new music (and, I presume, vault items). Prince has gotten used to getting money upfront, in advance. This has meant he can ignore the messy aspects, such as promoting the albums or organizing ways of selling his music via Internet. This is about to change. I wonder if there has been any artist before Prince who sort of negotiates with his fans about the price of his music?

The reason it looks like he doesn't have as much chest hair is because it's turning gray. It was either dyed or digitally enhanced for that photo.

Radiohead did with their album "In Rainbows." Unfortunately a lot of people still downloaded the album illegally and I'm pretty sure you could download the album free without paying Radiohead on their own website. I know we love to hate on Prince on the org but I actually think this is a great idea, if someone could make it work I wish music would go in this direction. Because I personally am willing to pay anything for music because I value it a lot, but just about everyone I know, friends and family don't buy any music they feel it's not worth it to buy an album or a song so they just download it illegally instead.

But what Prince really needs to do if he wants money (at least my money) is just make his music AVAILABLE! It is ridiculous that to get his new single and latest albums I have to import them, I want to buy them legally but I'm not going to go pay five times the amount of money I would for a regular album/single. Also it's silly that a lot of his albums are out of print so I have to buy used copies and that his older albums are not remastered when everybody even those who aren't famous at all have remastered their output.

He actually looks pretty hot on the cover. The new fro looks much better than that bullshit wig he was sporting. That look on the View was almost unforgivable. This new one is cute...a little closer to the head, and it somehow makes the "sleep mask" less obnoxious. He gets my gay stamp of approval, and I just KNOW he's seeking it.
