I heard "A Love Bizarre" in a hotel gift shop last week in Florida.

The Census Bureau estimates that there are 2,518 American Indians and Alaska Natives currently living in the city of Long Beach.

Courtin Time at The Gap. I don't care for the Gap there t-shirts taste bad.

I spun various Prince songs at one point or another some at eateries back in da day!

What are you outraged about today? CNN has not told you yet?

SometimesIwonder said:

When I was 17 my mum took me shopping for a school Christmas party outfit. It was in Top Shop & I had spotted these really cool black suede heels that buckled at the front & looked like Mayte shoes to me! Lol Anyhow, as soon as I buckled up the last shoe I heard a scream "waaaah-oooow!" & Gett Off started. I instant looked up at my mum & gushed " I HAVE to get these, I NEED to get these mum, it's a sign!!!" And a few months later I danced on the symbol on the dance floor at Glam Slam & walked the hallowed halls of Paisley Park in them. Although he wasn't there, I suppose those shoes did eventually walk me to Prince! biggrin

GREAT story! Thanks for sharing. cool

Last sumer:

I was at the barber shop/ to get my hair cut, here in Nørresundby (Denmark).

Suddenly there was a Prince commercial running over the Tv screen on the wall.

I froze, haha cuz it was just so unexpected.

The tv set in the saloon was tuned in on MTV Denmark.

The commercial was for Prince's NPG Festival visit in Denmark, on Amager (Copenhagen).

I don't remember much of this commercial, I think the pictures was from the "Fury" music video,

those flames running in the background, and Prince playing his guitar.

But the music was some hits, IIRC....: Purple Rain, 1999 and Kiss (maybe a few more).

I just saw the wonderful camp classic movie Showgirls in San Francisco. I had forgotten that Ripopgodazipa, or however you spell it, was a pivotal song in the movie. I also heard 319. Why was I surprised? Do not know but I was.
