Today I came home thinking that maybe I had heard all the new music that I was going to hear from Prince. I opened up a folder that I had gotten too sleepy to go through a few nights ago. Boom! head shot! The voice inside dropped out and I was happy!

Yeah, I loved the early Org posts, they were edgy, raw, new! Now they're a bit tired, revisiting old topics/jokes or trying to keep up with what's cool in other forums but not quite making it. The Org is rapidly becoming one of those sad old vegas-based fan forums, just going through the motions for a membership of senior citizens who desparately want to relive "the old days".

Yeah, this whole "hologram" garbage is just that. I used to use the same technique in a haunted house I would make for kids every year at halloween. I would used a TV layed on it's back, with the reflective screen above it. Calling it a "hologram" is just silly, and is people wishing they lived in the future or something. This technology is at least 30 years old.

To be honest this is probably a MORE sophisticated setup then they actually used. They could have shot the footage from the bottom and not reflected it off the floor. And despite what people are saying, the pricetag for this stunt is probably less then $50K.

It's really not as bad as people say it is.

The reason why people say it's bad because the movie is more suitable for Prince fans to enjoy. The music in the movie is what I like the most. I can kind of relate to the movie in a way that The Kid is trying so hard to make it just like in Purple Rain.

Graffiti Bridge was really a disappointment especially if you compare it to Purple Rain and UTCM.
