She's beautiful.

BUT (and, in this case, that's quite a big "but"): her eye-brows.

Ya know, I love Björk 'n shit, but thick eye-brows on a woman are always too much, no matter how talented and cool she is. Superficial, I know... but I don't give a fuck (especially if the eye-brows are too thick lol)!

Her eye brows are great. I think it looks great for her face, and not everybody has to have fake looking eyebrows.

How about your eye brows? lol

"Fake looking eyebrows" = yuck.

I never said I wanted that. The trick is, your eye brows should be very well kept, but their perfection should not be distracting, but simply add to your face.

I'm fine with my eye brows!

I actually think she looks a bit like you, only that your eye-brows look way better.

lol thank you?

Yeah, do thank me! Like I said, apart from her eye-brows, she's really good-looking. hug

She is not really new all ready very know in the world of jazz,

Anyway if it's treu I also love her a 10.0000 times more then miss Allo, sorry I still think Andy is beautifull but singer no

And she can really play the guitar,I would love to see them work together

Exactly, she doesn't really seem to be new. So I predict some kind of collaboration here, like he with Esperanza and Misty, but new Prince protegee??? Naaaah, she doesn't need to become a new Prince protegee to be successful. I predict this girl will make it on her own.

I wouldn't mind Prince reaching out to new artists either, if it wasn't the way he is doing it. If he will try to transform this girl into a funky singer just like he did with Andy, then it will not be something I am looking forward to.

Collaboration? Yes, Protegee, NO!!!

Agree don't think she gonna be his protege but callaboration please! it's a girl who know's already her way in showbiz maybe not big yet but very good,

It's incredible that allmost everyone on org likes Lianne and not Andy

most surely mean that we all have sound in the ear.

But I'm sure P got more sound in his ear then we,

so please tell me why he does like Andy'so much, and please don't tell me it's because the lookes.

Sorry if I write mistakes but english is not my first language.

I like Andy too. She's a good singer (and I do like her voice and style of singing) and she's beautiful. The only thing I don't like is that she gets to hold a guitar on stage and never plays it.

I don't doubt she can sing but her songs are sooooooo boring.

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!
woot!

Are we seriously discussing Katie Smelluah on a Prince forum? I think, I'm going, to puke.

less blurbs, hints, 8 second promo's, promises and mirages and more actual music, please.

i'd love to see him do something with this girl. anyone who writes some good lyrics is just

more than welcome to work with prince at this stage. the man is in a lyrical funk. he needs

to dig a little deeper and become a bit more reflective/introspective.

plus, this young woman has a nice vibe about her. just hope prince doesn't decide he has

to 'produce' something for her and have her end up with an album full of prince's standard

clumsily produced protege crap.

one good song with both of them, on his new album. and then perhaps him on a song on

her new album.

at the end of the day tho, i just want a new prince album, damn it. i'll keep track of this

girl with or without prince. nice find.

and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I see the formula for burning threads, a mere mention or hint of a new lady in P's radar sends the hounds awailng. From the looks of this so far, all this is a mere invitation that has not been responded to as of yet and certain members teeth are gnashing. Damn people, take a break or three and let this happen without all the hoopla, your health is dependent on less stress.

I have to admit, she does have a very nice and powerful voice. This one is a pretty song, nice lyrics. I like both hers and Andy's style of singing. So Dr. F said on his site that Andy and Prince co-wrote a song called "Gone" on Andy's upcoming album, and Lianne also has a song called 'Gone' as well. Interesting. Mere coincidence I guess. Anyway, Lianne sort of sounds just a little bit like Beyonce singing this song. I could actually see Beyonce singing it, because they seem to have almost the same vocal range.

For anyone who's interested, check out her website, and listen to "Lost and Found". Very beautiful song.

Because I'm a curious cat, I went ahead and downloaded her free EP and bought the other EP available just to hear her work. She's good but I don't know who to compare her to. Thanks to the attention bought up here, her and Ms. Allo got a bit of my money. The cover to her EP is quite weird and erotic, make of it what you will.

That's a great cover. A modern day "Dirty Mind". I hope this was certainly her intention - it would surely add to the mystery!

On the other hand, it would be a really boring turn-off if she just wanted to show her innocent love to her dog. neutral

I guess that's part of the plan, though!

Hope this is true. Give talent recognition where its due. Having a collabration with this Lianne girl would be cool. And I hope he shelves that allo stuff, not feeling her, her voice and lyrics at all.

Well, prince covered her "9 million bicycle song" and she did "under the cherry moon". I like both versions.
