[Edited 1/6/12 20:33pm]

Is it really the funniest thing you have read on the org?

i very much doubt it.

becouse someone chooses to say things like WTF..HOT STINKIN BULLSHIT etc etc

is it really hilarious because i occasionally adopt a "voice" albeit a annoying and infantile voice to merely titillate myself.

is it really the funniest thing?

Is it really funny that i find the dichotomy of the utter patheticness of being involved WITH ANY internet site coupled with my love of music very odd?

is it funny that i live in an age where to know somwbody is typing with a tongue firmly placed in their chhek one must accompany it by a cretinous smiley?

well hold on this will make you split your sides

I don't know what kind of "real world" you're living in dude, but I personally don't know any middle-aged man who screams " man that's some hot stinking shitty infected diseased cow dropping..." or whatever you said lol Might as well take it as a compliment wink

My top 38 Prince albums,

from best album to worst:

[long list]

That's an older, outdated list that I made, which is why I removed it from my profile, but I stand by my top 2 picks - those are my personal favorites, what's disbelief about it? You all act like I'm insulting his 80s music, and I'm not. Personally, I prefer a lot of his later work - that's all. A lot of his later music connects with me in a way that a lot of the 80s stuff doesn't... blame it on my age (19) if you want, or whatever... I don't care. I love his 80s music. I love 'Emancipation' and 'Chaos' more shrug

And I don't really like 'Black Sweat' ... who cares? Why does the OP even ask questions if he's just gonna bitch and take personal shots at anybody who disagrees? I loved the 3121 album; I didn't like 'Black Sweat' - it was ok, but I didn't really like it shrug

The OP's well known for doing that. I should have known better than to comment. But my comment was never even that negative anyway. I said it was my least favorite on the album, and not the best single choice imo. I also said I loved the 3121 album and 'Black Sweat' was an ok song. Then I'm called fat (which I'm not) and having irrelevant info that was on my profile brought into the conversation. oh well.. I don't give a shit. Like Emancipation89 said, I find it kinda funny..

One of my faves of the past few years. I also like Satisfied a lot. I don't care if it sounds like he could have wrote it in five minutes. I see that comment sometimes. It is such a distinctively Prince song and I just love the Prince sound.

Today's music charts are full of nonsense. I could care less if it was a 'hit' by definition. It was an awesome dance song. As a fan, fun/quaility music like this is all I really care about. The charts mean very little to me nowadays.

I bet if Prince was on top of the charts though he'd be quite happy though!

I tend to skip it when it comes on my Ipod.

I did enjoy it when he performed it acoustically on the Musicology tour though.

The 3121 version doesn't do it for me

Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Do U no who is MORE Astounded than U?

Prince

It bothered him bigtime that THIS was NOT a hit.

Of course he accepts no blame.

The Video was late. He did NOT play it ON SNL

he DID not PLAY it on ANY TV SHOW.

He did not put out mixes or even an acapella 2 let others mix it.

However - eye AGREE it was the "Kiss" of 2006

Black Sweat goes HARD. bow I absolutely love it heart heart it. It's my favorite from 3121, definitely a banger! This thing is grown & sexy, hot, Fonky with a capital F. I never get tired of this.

Prince's falsetto + that funk = yes yes yes

I love the video, black and white, with P suited and booted, confident and bold. nod

I'm fallinluv Prince's falsetto. That's what drew me to his music in the first place, & I'm still a fan of that voice. This is my type of song, so it works for me. headbang music

I just became reintroduced to Prince within the last several months. Took a break from listening to my thing because I was busy listening to kiddie music ( Cheeta Girls, Hanna Montana,.....) Now my daughter is 13 and we are enjoying Princes music together.

I love all this music I didn't know exsisted. I'm so sorry I missed it all....but I'm trying to catch up. I love Black Sweat! I like the lyrics a lot. I enjoy lyrics...."I don't want to take my clothes off....but I do..." love that line! I also liked the video.

I also just joined the site. Lots of great information here. Thanks.
