Prince has done many remixes of his songs in the past. For example "most beautiful girl in the world" and many others. I think he enjoys music all over and my guess is he enjoys the memories from the past when he made more remixes.?

This is really sad but I cant stop laughing. That gif sums it up. And to think there was a time when I thought the overuse of "When 2 R in Love" as b-side was a complaint. In all honesty, I really cant follow Prince & take him seriously. He's just not fun anymore. He has become irrelevant and completley unsure of himself. What I really feel sad about is that there was a time when all of this was fun. When Prince was daring, unpredictable ( in a good way) and exciting. All of these stupid last minute cash grabs are really obivious. At least when I go see a band like KISS i know im getting screwed but at least Paul Stanley can smile. Welcome 2 America is a joke. Bart, never thought you made mistakes, but I seem to remember Prince going on a few shows in

the week of the album release, and then dropped it. Of course, you will correct me if I'm wrong.

I remember a few months later watching him on Jay Leno again... expecting a LF track, and got Somewhere Here On Earth...which was actually better than the album version....but he just left the album for dead...

And now, he's worrying about remixes of a song that is barely ok in my book, as I felt MPLSound was not even half the album Lotus Flow3r was...

What is next? Prince releasing "Jughead....The New Master..?"

no big thing really, just add it to the list of crazy decisons over the years. If one of the remixes were as great as the classic remixes from the 80's then I guess we'd all be happy.

People remix stuff all the time, old, new, slightly old etc. The dance market is totally different from the charts or the obessive fans and moaners on here. Your average house head wont give too shiny shits about Prince, when that track was made or what it represents, all they care is if its a good tune and fills the floor.

IF I would buy those - CD and Vinyl, it would be for collecting reasons only,

I would probably never listen to them.
