Some of you guys take shit way to serious... What Sherri said is what alot of his female fans have thought about the man... it was funny and i don't think she has anything to be ashamed of...lol

While it may be what many female (and some male) fans may be thinking, there is a time and place for everything, and Sherri rarely seems to understand that. She hits on everything with a third leg and even has gushing girl crushes that make you question if she is bisexual. If one only watched the show they would think that she was a single, sex-starved female desperately seeking the right Christian man to unleash her sexual frustration out on, but in truth she does have a boyfriend whom she is practically engaged to (and may even get a ring for Christmas). Beyond her questionable relationship and even more questionable celebicy, Sherri too often speaks without thinking and ends up looking like she has a hen house sitting on her head (egg always on face).

I just found it to be really funny and no big deal....She didnt hurt anybody

I get that.. but i just don't see what the big deal is , she's a fan and some fans play it cool and others do silly things...I'm just happy that our boy still generates that kind of excitement when he drops by.. the audience went crazy and both Elizabeth and Sherri were clearly overwhelmed by him being there..

Ur very wrong for saying that. I think she showed her true feelings about Prince. I rather someone do that then to sit there and act like they don't care about him. First of all she didn't know he was coming. So she wasn't prepared and was in shock . Its a natural reaction. So deal with it....

Geez!! someone can't even show there true feelings anymore.... mad

There's a difference between sitting and acting like you don't care and acting like a total dumbfuck on national TV. She can show her excitement and admiration without being crass and begging for personal items, Whoopi should've smacked that bitch up! He didn't even get a chance to really talk about the shows.

[Edited 12/9/10 12:00pm]

I really don't feel as a fan she was out of place. Whoppi handled the glove incident perfectly. I'm sure she scolded her later. The sleep with part was out of place. But like I said earlier she had no idea he was coming. Prince had already said he was leaving by then. It gave him the perfect opportunity for him to exit. To me it was perfect timing what she said .

Like someone said. She is a comedian and she did wait until everyone got out what they wanted to say before she made that cringe worthy remark. Sherri is very emotional & can't control her feelings. What she did wasn't out of the ordinary for her...

She even acted like a 12 year old over "The Situation". She is an IDIOT!

I like how Prince self promotes himself. Its always quick and to the point. Right on presale day. He is a master at getting out what he wants when he wants it............Plus Barbera, Whoppi, Sherri, and ElizabetH have something to gossip about him now. Which brings good pre promotion for his NY about to be sold out show. Its brillant what he did JUST BRILLANT!

pure comedy....lol

it was not a door it was just something that looked like a door...

There was a thread in GD over the summer where we expressed our strong opinions about "The View".

I think it was made abundantly clear how much I "don't love" Sherri. lol

As a black female I take serious offense to the generalization of the unbolded and underlined statement. Sherri speaks without thinking of the consequences of her words like a small child. To say that most black females are very emotional and can't control their feelings is like say that all black men are dogs wanting screw as many women literally and figueratively. Bit of advice watch the stereotypes before they backfire on you.

As for Sherri being a comedienne, she's not particularly funny in a "haha" way, more like funny in an embarassing way. Whoppi is a comedienne, Sherri is a joke...often a bad joke.
